Very professional and personable. Explained exactly what they were going to do, how much it would cost and why. I have an older home so I was expecting the worst and then pleasantly surprised when they didn't try to oversell me.

Took the list of inspection deficiencies and repaired them all quickly and efficiently. Picked up the keys from the Real Estate Agent so I didn't have to drive seven hours plus to be there. Invaluable. Repaired over and above the inspection list. Thank you

Job was done within an hour. Technician was very personable and explained all very thoroughly. Installed 4 Smoke/CO2 detectors replacing 30 year old units. Cleaned up the area after installing each unit. One issue - felt the price to install 4 units was quite expensive given the actual cost of each detector was probably $30-$35.

There was goo communication. My tech arrived on time. The fix was an easy one but I was glad he knew what to do. The only negative was that it was a bit more expensive than anticipated. I would use them again but budget accordingly.

Excellent work. The electrician was the best I have ever hired

The standard of work was great and the electrician was a delight to have in my home. However, this job was very costly - even after I managed to negotiate a reduced price compared with the initial quote, the job worked out at around $300/hour for labor which was above the top end of what people have paid for this kind of job. We needed the job doing and it was very difficult to find a company to come and even look at this job so we were left with few choices. Based on the standard of work I would absolutely have GMS again in a heartbeat however, in future, I would definitely try and be more organized abut getting this type of work done so that I would have more options to find someone cheaper!

Their work was excellent but I think their price was too high.

They came on short notice to do the job. When they came they did a full assessment before giving me an estimate and therefore were able to stay within their original price. Everything was done in a timely manner even though I wasn’t there to oversee. I trusted them to finish the job while my wife and I had to work avoiding taking a day off.
