Good service but very expensive.

they actually did not replace anything. they did tighten up some wires that they said were loose but they were very highly priced. they were prompt and they did get my lights working but they never replaced anything and the price was extremely high for the short time they were here. i would not call them again. ask cost first

I called at 415pm, to have my electricity checked because my aircon wasn't working and the electricity in the Room was not working. I was called within 10 minutes and they said they work 24 hours and that the night person would make arrangements to call. In half an hour I spoke with the night person, he told me in order for the company to go out after 4.I would have to get an OK from the city inspector to check the power box in the street before he would come out. Now, who will pick up the phone after 5 pm on Friday from the city? Now, why didn't they just tell me that during my first phone call and had my hopes up high that someone would be calling and coming to fix this.

did not hire them. they know there stuff but wanted to charge me 30 dollars for an in home estimate. total ripoff never use these guts. so many others that are actually more personable instead of a charge u out the butt type of mentality
