From beginning to end they were hands on. Project manager Valmir checked in regularly to make sure the job was being done right. His team was very professional and detailed oriented. Felt comfortable asking questions with the contractor to ensure the job was being done right and it was what we wanted done. I love my bathroom beautiful work. If I need anything other remodeling needs, I will call on this company and would recommend them to my family and friends.

We had a full kitchen remodel in May and had an amazing experience with Valmir and Dynamic Contracting team. To start I reached out to a few companies for quotes. Dynamic immediately stood out, it was clear that they were organized, knowledgeable, and honest. We've done a lot of work on our home including new roof, windows, floors, basement remodel etc. and have engaged with various contractors. Valmir was able to give a quote quickly, with a clear timeline, and did not immediately pressure me to respond/sign the contract as we've had contractors do this before. Moreover, the entire process was seamless, we had ongoing communications to ensure everything moved along quickly. The crew was amazing and checked in with us regularly as well. We were able to have the full remodel complete in 4 weeks! I've gotten so many compliments on our kitchen, we are so happy with the craftsmanship and management from Dynamic Contracting & Development!

Dynamic Contracting & Development did an outstanding job on finishing our basement. This was our first time doing a project at this scale and admittedly did not know what to expect. Valmir (project manager) was easy to communicate with and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. He worked directly with the city on our behalf to gain the permits and to make sure we were in code. The initial proposal from Valmir was detailed and transparent but if you've never done something like this before, be sure to ask questions to gain as much clarity as possible. The only small critique that I have is we were originally told the project was going to take approximately 8-10 weeks but it ended up being more like 12 weeks. That's not to knock the company but only to say that reno isn't an exact science so patience is required when undergoing something like this. There were multiple reasons why the project lasted longer than anticipated. At the end of the day, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We look forward to working with them again for more projects in our home.
