Everything went extremely well. The provider was professional and knowledgeable. Only thing that took me by surprise was the price but since I have no idea what is going rate for the work done, I do not know if it was high or low. All in all, I would definitely use the service again as well as recommend it to my friends.

From the first contact to the installation date, less than a week elapsed. Work quickly and professionally done. Clean-up excellent. All questions answered cheerfully. I like to observe the work being done, and there was no impatience shown or implied. The fan looks and works fabulously.

The installation went very well. They responded within a day and set up the installation within a week. They actually arrived a few days early after insuring that we were OK with this early installation. It's only been installed a few hours but I am confident it will be fine. They said it's guaranteed for five years.

I left Tony a voicemail describing the job. He responded the next morning via text message and within minutes scheduled an appointment the following Saturday afternoon - all while he was on vacation. Tony and his crew showed up early afternoon for the estimate. I explained that we wanted to surprise my mother in-law (her birthday was the following day) by installing cable in the finished attic space, however to do this, we would need to fish coax line from the unfinished attic closet to the finished attic space - no small task. I agreed on the price and he immediately started the project. Tony and his coworker where completed with the entire project in less than 2 hours. They were clean, thoughtful, and pleasure. Before he left, Tony pointed out a potential fire hazard. Black plastic covering insulation was being burned by an exposed incandescent lightbulb in the attic closet. He replaced the lightbulb with a cfl bulb he had in his truck. Afterwards, he showed me the lightbulb he replaced - it has melted plastic on one side. I would use Diamond Electrical Services for any future electrical projects and recommend them to all of our friends.

All work was completed as expected. Work was performed quickly, professionally and correctly! I had no problem passing inspection. Thanks Tony!

Extremely well. I called Diamond and others based on AL reviews and Diamond had both the best price quote and was able to come out the next day. They showed up on time and had the job done in about 2 hrs. They were professional, respectful and did a great job cleaning up to the point where it looked like they were never there. Price was exactly as quoted and he did not try to "up-sell" or ask questions about other things that he thought we may need to try to get more out of us. Very happy overall and I WILL be using them in the future for some other projects I have planned.

Tony was easy to talk to on the phone and scheduled a visit to the house quickly. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, and provided a quote. Soon after we agreed to have the work done, he was back with the new electrical panels and installed these in one day. He and his crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tony applied for the necessary permit. He and his assistant were punctual and performed the installation very efficiently. I had contacted him a few days before the job was scheduled to ask him to change the two smoke detectors on the bedroom floor to combination smoke/CO detectors and he made the change without any fuss. The installation passed inspection first time and we got our fire certificate for our sale with no impact on the closing date, so all in all we were very pleased with the outcome.

Tony was on time and did a great job. He is personable and reliable. He has been in our home twice for different jobs. I wouldn't choose anyone else--Tony is a true professional.

I had a very good experience with Tony from Diamond Electrical Service. I called him in the morning. He was very prompt in calling back and made the appointment for the same day. He completed the work in three hours on that same day, which I was very happy with. I am very happy with the work he did and would very much recommend him to my friends. e-mailed at night that I had small amount of work. He emailed back and said he had time the next am . It was another excellent job.

Tony brought in three other highly skilled, personable electricians to complete the job. He was in constant communication via phone or email to ensure that scheduling and all other aspects were 100 percent. During the project, over the course of three days, wiring was everywhere, but the workplace was orderly. At the end of the job, there was little evidence that a large-scale, behind the walls, into crawlspaces, above the ceiling project had been done. The furniture was in place, garbage removed and carpeting was clean of debris, Best yet, everything worked. Inspection was a breeze. There are other projects ahead and we look forward to working with Tony and his crew again. .

I used Diamond Electric last year to install a ceiling fan and was very pleased and confident in the job that Tony performed. After going through "contractor h***" with a company that made many mistakes (improper installation of floors, backsplash, etc), I did NOT trust them with the electrical work. They never moved the electrical boxes out from the wall before installing new drywall and were going to use outlet box extender rings to correct the mistake. I called Tony up to fix the problem, and was I glad that I followed my instincts. The extension rings were incorrect (would never pass code inspection), the wires were too short and the outlet boxes needed to be replaced. He is definitely my "go to" guy for any electrical work. He even let me use the $25.00 first visit coupon that I forgot to use on the first visit. Also, he recommended someone to fix the obvious problems the contractors made. He is definitely worthy of all of the excellent grades and recommendations. Thanks Tony.

Tony went to the breaker board in the garage and tested the breakers. He was back in a few minutes and told us the problem was not in our house. He suggested immediately calling PSE&G (our utility company) and reporting the problem to them. The utility company showed up at our house about 40 minutes later and verified that a problem existed between our house meter and an electrical transformer due to a faulty neutral wire. They set up a temporary fix which cured the problem. We know not all problems are diagnosed and fixed so quickly. Tony certainly used his skill and expertise and got right to the solution for our problem. Thank you, Tony. You now have a new very grateful customer.

Had an electrical overload on 6/11/13 and it tripped circuit breaker in panel. Was unable to reset breaker because of age. Called Joe 6/12/13, Wednesday evening. Told him the problem. Joe gave me a price over the phone and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning 6/13/13. Was at my house at exact time he promised. Joe is very professional and a very friendly and down to earth person. He fixed my problem and checked my panel to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely use Joe in the future if I have any electrical problems.

Communication was great. I sent emails and got a response back that night or the next morning, very fast. Scheduling was easy. Tony and his worker showed up as expected and finished everything in half a day. The wiring for the dishwasher wasn't planned, but they noticed it wasn't done properly, and offered to fix it while they were in there. After comparing other's prices I found that Tony's are very fair, and the quality of work and professionalism is excellent. I am very happy with how the work turned out and would hire them again for future work.

It had always been difficult for me to find a contractor who was reliable, trustworthy, and professional. Tony was highly recommended by Angieslist and he lived up to those expectations. Tony was punctual, clear in his assessment, and willing to explain the installation in terms that I could understand. What was more important for me was Tonys concern for the customer. I have had electrical problems since Sandy. PSE&G had informed us that the problem was at our house (The meter, meter pan, and cable needed to be replaced). When Tony completed the service, we were still without electricity in 90% of our home. I called PSE&G and they were totally unhelpful. Tony spent a good deal of time talking with PSE&G and later that evening PSE&G came out and fixed their wiring from the street at the telephone pole. Tonys concern for my families well being goes beyond his obvious professionalism. I will highly recommend Tony To Family and friends. He's the consumate professional and someone you can trust.

In short it was an excellent experience. First of all they work on Saturday, all my contacts with Tony were answered promptly and professionally. Tony arrived on time to look at the work and provide an estimate. For the work performed his price was very reasonable. Four men arrived early on Saturday to begin the work and did not stop until it was done. The work areas are completely clean, not a piece of insulation, wire or debris anywhere if it were not for the new pipe riser and meter pan you would not know any work was done. I now have a generator interlock system with an exterior (weatherproof) outlet for my generator that feeds the panel and is fully code compliant. I could not be happier with the job and the electricians that performed the work. Tony the owner was on site the entire time, he did not show up occasionally to check on the progress of the job he was here from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again AND I would highly, and I mean highly recommend them.

Tony is very professional. He was on time for the estimate and very patient as I explained everything that I needed. He then e-mailed to me a list of all the items we talked about and I chose the ones I felt were the most important for me to start with. After I scheduled the job, I ran into a few financial woes and had to switch to a few less expensive items on the list. Tony was very understanding and I was so glad he would still complete just a few smaller items for me. He showed up early on the day of the job and was finished quickly. I will definitely have Tony finish the rest of the items on the list!

Tony was professional, meticulous, always returned calls promptly. He not only did what I asked him to do, but also went the extra step when I needed him. He came back out to my house after installing the hot tub grounding wire to check and make sure it was not compromised after my landscaper chose to put his metal edge spikes right on top of it. In summary it is hard to find contractors that are practive and go beyond what is expected............he did. As long as I live in NJ, he is my electrician.
