Arrived promptly, brought transfer panel with him (as he said he would) , and began work quickly. Installed panel. Ran a check to make sure all circuits on the panel functioned when connected to the generator. Gave us a detailed tutorial on its use after it was installed. Tony and Joe did a fabulous job; very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I are very happy with the work performed. I will absolutely call Tony for future electrical projects.

This provider operated with extreme professionalism. The provider arrived ready to begin the job and worked efficiently. The electrician and his apprentice worked in tandem to complete the job and clean up within the estimated time. The cost was consistent with the initial quote. We will definitely use this provider again.

The electrician was very thorough, checked the entire house wiring and within the hour was able to find a loose splice. The splice had been done by another contractor to replace a defective light switch in the upstairs bathroom. When a hair dryer was plugged in the master bedroom outlet, all the power and upstairs lights went out. The switch in the circuit breaker tripped but when switched back on, only half the upstairs lights returned. The electrician was able to find out the cause and correct the problem fairly quickly. The cost was very reasonable for the service and was within the price estimate quoted. I would definitely use this electrician again and I would highly recommend him.

Tony & his team were great to work with - we already had the switch and materials, just needed some help with installation. Tony is comfortable working through email, so we were able to send him pictures of everything and eliminate the need for a separate trip out for estimates, etc. He was on time that day and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Once we were set up and ready he reviewed the full steps start to finish with both myself & my husband to make sure we were comfortable with using the generator/transfer switch together. Tony is a true professional. He was willing to meet ahead of time to review the desired work and provide a detailed proposal for me to evaluate (actually, we had several projects and he completed proposals for each one). While his prices seemed a little on the high side I have no issues paying a little more given the quality of his work, especially for something as important as the electric system. Tony also took extra steps to minimize the patching needed after the work was complete. He and his team were professional, polite and took the time to clean-up after finishing.

Tony was fantastic. I called him last week to inquire about the services I needed and to obtain an approximate cost. First, he answered the phone and I got to speak with him on the spot. Second, he gave me an estimated price at the end of the call which turned out to be very accurate. Finally, he also made an appointment with me to come and do the installation the following week! Today, Tony promptly arrived at the time he said he would. He was friendly, courteous, professional and very organized. He was mindful of our rugs and put down coverings where needed. Tony and his team were super efficient and moved quickly. Within a few hours all of the interior work was done and they began tackling the exterior. They cleaned up everything perfectly and left the house as they found it. Unfortunately, the weather was very uncooperative, but Tony was undaunted. He waited it out and completed the whole job exactly as he said he would. Diamond Electrical Services is outstanding and top-notch. I would not hesitate to call Tony again the next time we need electrical work.

Anthony is very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that i understood how to operate generator, spent time to explain the process and then made sure that I could go through the process myself. All work was done on time, very accurately and price was better than most other provides. He is now the electrician to call for all my electrical needs.

I went on Angie's List to find an electrician for a problem I was having with one of the outlets in my home that another electrician had installed. There had been a burning smell coming from the outlet. I called Diamond Electrical Services based on the excellent reviews on Angie's List. Tony promptly answered my call, listened respectfully to what I had to say, then arrived within minutes. He investigated and found the outlet was faulty and indeed had caused the burning odor. Tony took out the faulty outlet and installed a new one. I am very impressed with this professional electrician and highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, and very fair with his fees, considering this was an emergency.

A very good experience. The electrician and his assistant arrived on time and did excellent work. The completed cost for the project was as quoted. The new recessed lights were of excellent quality. The project was somewhat difficult because of hidden water pipes in the ceiling where the recessed lights were to be installed. However, the electrician was able to revise the installation to work around the obstacles, and the completed project looks great!

At last the attic fan was fixed after a week of using the breaker to turn it off. Ladies and Gentlemen, look nor more for a true professional in the murky morass of inefficient, exploitive, greedy and/or just plain stupid service providers. After getting abused by a member of the latter who installed a cheap attic fan after I specifically asked him to get a good one, I called Diamond Services because the attic fan would never turn off. I actually suspected the nefarious installer wired it incorrectly just so he could come back "after work, if that worked for me" to fix it. I made the mistake of hiring him because he drove a professionally labeled truck, but would do the job on the side. Tony responded to my call immediately and personally, came by the very same day with an able assistant, which allowed him to quickly and expertly correct the problem with a new thermostat. He graciously also accepted the $25 discount coupon he offers for new customers, and processed a credit/debit car payment deftly on his smart phone. Ah yes, he gave me a bona fide receipt, something that the previous installer could not after the cash -only payment terms. A fool and her money are soon parted, but that does not apply to Tony. I cannot thank him enough for his professional and prompt service and fair prices. By the way, I first called him a little over a month ago when I had sold my house and was worried about my CO inspection. He never hesitated answering my questions even though I never had to call him after I passed the CO inspection. Ironically I was scared to call him after calling a newspaper ad handyman who just hung up on me when he realized it would not result in a sale. Tony is worth his weight in well, diamonds, and after buying an old house with serious electrical issues, I feel much better knowing who to call. Also, I am renewing my Angie's List membership because after absentmindedly Googling attic fans, which I'm sure we Internet dependents automatically do nowadays, I found two lovely web pages which reminded me how deceptive they are after one called resulted in a "hello, who's this?" and the other resulted in a call back two hours later, after I had already coordinated with Tony. Just to conclude, Tony is not just a professional but a gentleman as well.

Great customer service. Contacted Diamond Electrical on a Tuesday and they were able to come out by Friday to install a new outlet for my new dishwasher. Would definitely recommend and will be using Diamond a several future electrical projects.

Tony and his team were absolutely awesome - they were quick, efficient and did an amazing job at getting the work we needed, completed. Everything was done very professionally and end result was a large amount of work, completed, all within a day without compromising on quality. Tony was extremely responsive to emails and SMS and ensured the job was done to our satisfaction.

From the moment I contacted Tony, he was extremely professional and more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. For the first job, the panel replacement and ceiling fan installation, Tony arrived promptly and finished the work in the prescribed amount of time. He handled the paperwork for obtaining the required permits, and explained all of my responsibilities on that front. With respect to the work, Tony did a great job, was neat, and made sure to clean up before leaving (a panel replacement and ceiling fan install can be messy). For the second job, I called Tony initially just to install the outlet, but the week before our appointment, added the attic fan to the scope of the job. This was not a problem for Tony, who made sure to have a new attic fan ready for installation. Again, his work was done in the exact amount of time described. The entire experience was spectacular. I did obtain other quotes for the work that was performed, and while Tony's prices were not the lowest, his professionalism on the phone and in person were certainly worth the additional cost. I will be calling Tony in the future for any electrical work that is required.

Tony and his crew are great. They are punctual, professional and finish the job quickly. Had a hiccup with one of the glass globes falling from a wall light and Tony came over right away to fix it!! Great company!!
