Diamond electric arrived on time Tony and his helper went right to work removed old lighting and installed the new lightning they had to remove dishes etc. from cabinet and replaced them, They were very neat An cleaned up after. The price quoted honored. We are very happy with are new lighting and will be using diamond again.

Tony and his helper Joe were fantastic! I called Tony late this morning, and they came this afternoon and fixed several issues I was having. Tony is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely Use Diamond Electrical Service in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

That's a great guy. He's knowledgeable, professional and he did a great job, and he stand by his product like a week later.

Did not happen to engage him for this particular job, but this contractor is well deserving of a positive review for his superb professionalism and responsiveness. Will definitely consider him for other projects and I would encourage others to do the same.

I called and left a message late PM on Wednesday 02/26/2014. Anthony Agugliaro and I exchanged emails on Thursday, 02/27/22014. Mr. Augliaro came to my home on Friday, 02/28/2014 for a site visit to review the work. Anthony and his electricians arrived on Saturday, 03/01/2014 at 12 noon as agreed. They worked as a great team and completed the project by around 2 pm. Anthony showed me the completed work. The crew cleaned up all work areas. All lights and switches work as I wanted.

My story begins after a loose wire caused one of my outlets to burn. Out of an abundance of caution, I decided to replace ALL ( apprx 20) of my homes outlets and wall switches plus- have all of my handyman's work inspected by someone with true electrical knowledge . The owner Tony responded to my situation with speed and competence. During his first visit, he replaced the burnt outlet and a few others I felt needed immediate attention. He was understanding of my fears and I didn't feel like he wanted to sell me services I didn't need. I recieved cheaper quotes to replace my enire home outlets but after meeting him, I was won over by his experience and felt very confident he would be worth every extra cent. He fit me into his busy schedule for a second visit and did an excellent job. He discovered that my handyman installed an outlet incorrectly and as an added bonus, I wanted an automatic timer installed on a light switch but he discovered I already had one. He could have easily sold me something I didn't need. He was at my home for about 3 hours and I think it only took that long because I asked him so many questions. He answered each one without making me fell silly or like he was bothered. I plan to use him for all my electrical needs. Thanks Tony for being a true Professional.

The appointment went well, Tony was detailed in what he was replacing and why the parts needed to be replaced. He arrived on time, completed the work in timely fashion and was very courteous. He advised me to have PSEG come check the outside wires first to avoid unwarranted charges. After PSEG determined it was an internal problem, I called Tony back and he scheduled my appointment the next day. Everything went well and I will use Diamond Electric in the future.

The entire process, from the initial contact on, was quick and simple. The phone call was answered by the owner, and an estimate was provided. An appointment was scheduled and was verified by email. This happened during one of the snowstorms in February, so a change in the original schedule was understandable and was handled very efficiently via email. Tony (the owner) and a helper came on time. They were respectful of the fact that the work was being done over a wood floor, so they covered it with a tarp before starting work. They worked quickly and the work was done efficiently and accurately. Without a doubt, I will call Diamond Electrical Services for any electrical work needed in the future.

Tony and Joey came out in the snow the day after I called to permanently attach the line. They were very nice people and I would definitely use them again. Job was a bit pricey for me but the fact they came out quickly and in the snow made the price easy to justify.

Diamond Electrical Services was very quick to return my initial call and set up a service call for me. Tony was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with! He arrived promptly and immediately addressed the issue and made the necessary repairs. We also needed one of our dimmer switches replaced and he had the part readily available on his truck. I will definitely use them again for my next electrical repair or project. I have found my new electrician!

When I first sent a message through Angie's List to three companies, Diamond was the first to respond, and set up an appointment right away. Anthony was punctual on the appointment day, and fixed the problem right then and there. He and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgable and professional. We were very happy, and would definitely recommend Diamond.

This is the second time we've used Tony as an electrician. The first time was last year when he installed a new breaker box for us. This time tree branches fell on our electrical line in a recent ice storm which caused damage to our wires and where the wires feed through the conduit to the breaker box. After emailing Tony (on the day of the storm no less), he responded within minutes and scheduled an appointement with us for several days later to address the issue. He came out (in the frigid cold) and completed the work without any issues. Tony is reliable, honest and a really nice guy. We would not hesitate calling Tony again in the future.

I was told that they don't visit onsite for a quote, which is not what I've read from other reviews. Was asked to email them with details of the work to be performed and they'll provide a cost quote, "this way it helps everyone". Sounds like a paid consultation to me. The person on the phone seemed rushed, maybe it was the late hour (I called at 6:10p), but certainly not what I was expecting given the high reviews here.

I called Diamond Electric twice, left a detailed message describing what I needed done in my Port Monmouth home (install 4 pendant light over a kitchen island). Unfortunately no response, not even a courtesy callback to inform me the contractor unavailable to take my job for whatever reason. Difficult to reconcile this with the A rating the contractor has been given for responsiveness, expected more based on Angie's List reviews. Very disappointed, will keep looking.

Tony did a free estimate on site and sent a quote by Email with a starting time a few days later. Three electricians showed up on time and did everything we contracted for. They did a great job, very meticulous and very professional.

I got them from Angie's List. Everything went very well. I liked the service; there were no hassles. They are professional and on time. They are experts at what they do.

Tony at Diamond is my favorite contractor. He is consistently prompt, professional and reasonable. I can?t express how rare that is. He is easy to reach by mobile phone or email. He seems to work at least 6 days a week, even for non-emergency service. He?s very efficient. It?s great to be able to get quotes by email and answer additional questions. And all the work done has performed well with no issues. Everything is clean. What?s not to like? Nothing as far as I can tell, and I am picky.

After checking the fixture, Tony explained that bulbs occasionally explode and everything was fine. I felt better knowing nothing was wrong. Unfortunately for me, there was a $25 coupon I could have used to reduce the cost but I didn't realize it until after the service call was completed and I went onto Angie's List to write a review.

They arrived on schedule and immediately began working on a malfunctioning baseboard heating system..They quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. They were extremely courteous and professional and answered all my questions.I highly recommend Tony and Diamond Electrical Services and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Had a room with 10' ceilings( covered in wood boards) in which I wanted to have a light fixture installed over my pool table. Access to above was not an option, and electrical box from previous fixture was not centered over pool table. Tony met my challenge with flying colors. Light is centered above table, no wires exposed, and looks wonderful. Have hired Tony in past and will continue to do so in the future. He does top notch work. Very very satisfied.

They came, they installed and it worked great! It took about 40 minutes to do the work. I used the $25 Angie's list coupon and I am happy to have light again. Tony and Joe did a great job. I have plenty of electrical work I need done and would use them again.

Tony was very helpful!! My Christmas lights went out in the front of my house. The GFI kept turning off. I called Tony to see if he could come to my home to check it out. Instead he advised me on how to check the lights to see if there was a bad string or if a connection had gotten wet after the storm we had. I did exactly what he had told me and I was able to find the problem. The spotlight had gotten wet and had to be replaced. My lights worked beautifully! Tony was very helpful and I was very happy not have had to pay a service call to my home. If I have any problems with my electric in the future he will be my electrician of choice. Can't say enough about Tony He was very informative, fair and took his time. If anyone is looking for an electrician don't hesitate. Highly recommend
