Diamond Electrical Services provided excellent service. They were able to quickly install the four recess lights in a clean fashion. Two year before, I had another electrician put in recess lighting and it required me to re-paint the ceiling in spots and patch a bunch of holes. Tony and his colleague were able to do it without any mess at all. I definitely plan to use Tony again.

First Tony returned my call on the same day. Then, he could either come the next day or in twelve days. So, the next day it was as I prefer instant gratification. He came with his assistant, Orlando, and they did the work efficiently and cleanly. This is the second job I've called him for, after he completely impressed me last year with an attic fan repair. And before that, he just gave me free advice over the phone when I was selling my old house. My confidence in him grows with each job and we've already discussed our next project for my new house: installing ceiling fans and lights in three rooms. Thanks again Tony.

They are true professionals. They responded to my request within an hour. We set up a quote and a date and time for service. They came on time and when we did not have the right equipment, Anthony ran out and got it for us. The price was what was quoted plus the price of the new detectors. They cleaned up after themselves. We will use Diamond again. We have actually asked for another quote on some outside electrical work.

He responded to my message here on Angie's List promptly and was able to fit us in the same day! He knew that we needed the outlet installed before Thursday, July 3rd and he delivered! For that, we truly appreciate his fast response. He changed out the circuit breaker to the correct one and installed the duel outlet right where it needs to be to plug in the stove. Great Job, in and out in 40 minutes (2 guys). PS: There are "cheaper" electrical contractors out there but do you really want to trust your investment, not to mention your safety to the "Lowest Bidder". I certainly don't! Thanks again Tony! Did just what we needed. Very punctual and follow-up.

Everything went well. Since this is an old house, Tony suggested to have the other outlets replaced which I totally agree with. I don't want to have another episode like the last. I also need a new ceiling fan in another bedroom. When I purchase the fan I will call to have it installed along with the outlet replacements. I will recommend Diamond to anyone who is in need of an electrician. On another note, I noticed a few negative responses giving grades of D and F for people who claim they never received a callback. This should not be allowed because I'm sure it is not true and the rating is based on satisfaction of work done. (my opinion)

The owner, Tony responded to the service call. He was punctual, professional and offered sound advise. Tony was able to identify the cause of one of wall outlet that burnt out (faulty electric strip). He fixed the problem and inspected other outlets in the apt. The price was right. I couldn't ask for more. I would certainly use him in the future.

I emailed a few pictures of the outlet, and Tony contacted me within 1 day with a reasonable quote. We scheduled the work, and all went as planned. Tony was on time, friendly and did a professional job.

It was reasonably priced and I got at a good subscription rate and I think it is worth it just to have peace of mind if you are going to go with somebody that have good track record. Diamond Electric is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have literally been trying to find an electrician for years to do the same job Diamond Electric just completed. Before I found Diamond Electric, I could barely get someone to return my call to come out and give me an estimate let alone call me after having come out to assess the situation. Tony from Diamond e-mailed me back within in 2 hours and provided an estimate within a week. The job was complete in 2 weeks after my initial communication. The actual work took 5 hours to complete and was within 15 minutes of Tony's initial projection. Tony and his assistant were professional, punctual, and courteous. The quality of work also exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again for future work or receommend them to one of my neighbors.

From the initial contact and through the close of the project, they were highly professional, highly responsive, and willing to take the time to answer questions, provide the information I needed to make an informed decision, and educate us. I had a special situation on 2 counts: trying to arrange for electrical work remotely for an elderly parent in NJ and this being my first interaction with a contractor. Diamond Electrical responded immediately to my initial communications, all subsequent emails, and requests to speak by telephone were also respected, and generally put my mind at ease. They arrived on time and finished the work on time with no problems. The price quoted was the price paid. They even texted 2 pictures of the work at the end of the job to confirm the work had been done and the quality, which was very thoughtful and very thorough. This is the second time I've used Tony - he had done a job for me the week prior, and I was so happy with him, I asked him to inspect my circuit box - as I had been told, years prior, that it was faulty - and it was. Tony arranged to come on 5/27. He came at the time promised and completed the work in the time he said he would at the price he estimated. Also, his helper/apprentice was very professional and very, very nice. I'm happy that I've found an electrician that I can comfortably call on in the future!

It went very well. I've had Diamond Electric do a few jobs for me now in my house so this wasn't the first time I've used them. He arrived on time with an extra hand. They did the work in less than an hour. They did use a separate roofing guy for that side of the work but everything seems to be running exactly like it should. Pretty satisfied.

Tony came in explained every thing in detail, answered all my question, did the work quickly and they cleaned up after them self's. I had old aluminum wires the needed to be "pigtailed" I will call them back to do more work.
