Tony and assistant arrived within time given. Completed all work in 3 hours. Eveything was neatly and professsionally done - no dirt or damage. Let me know when items did not need to be replaced or repaired - could have padded the bill but did not. Promised to provide a quote on another job that we have been putting off - so thankful to have this work completed by someone who knows what he is doing and is respectful and professional. Thrilled with my front porch - the grandkids love the new dragon-fly door bell and I love the working light!

It went well. I got a cheaper quote from another electrician, but he never returned calls. Tony returned my e-mails and was extremely professional. He came early and along with a helper got the work done. The final price was fair. I would definitely recommend and call him again. I can see how he received the Angie's list award.

Work was done within one week. Tony was very responsive and accommodating. This is second time I have use Diamond Electric and they are consistently fair and good.

The work was done in my elderly mother's house. She was extremely comforatable with Mr. Diamond and very pleased with the work he did for her. He scheduled her quickly, handled the permits, and equally important, was very kind and reassuring to my mom.

Tony and his tech arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. He checked the circuiit breakers and asked his tech to remove the hanging live wire which was cut accidently by the garage door installer. Once, they removed the live wire, Tony determined that it was the reason for the failure and reset the circuit breaker and restored power. I will definitely use Diamond Electrical Services again because of their promptness, integrity and professionalism. Thank you.

As many issues were found in our electrical system-as suggested by from the home inspection service that we used prior to purchasing the house-a full electrical update was performed by Tony and one of his crew. This was a great experience from start to finish. Tony and his colleague were professional, always on time, responsive, thorough, and left my house without any stray wires etc laying around. I would use Tony again in a heartbeat and would only recommend him to others.

I called and got an appointment on the same day. I was given a time window and two gentlemen arrived well before the time window was over. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I'm quite pleased because one of the outlets had burned out in a strange way that was difficult to fix, but they figured it out.

I contacted Tony (the owner) by e-mail on a Sunday to request an estimate on repairing the outlet in the back of my home that was no longer working. Tony contacted me back on the same day which happened to be a Sunday (which is outstanding in itself). After a couple of e-mail exchanges back and forth,Tony asked if he could call me so that we could further discuss what I was looking to have done. I also was intereseted in getting an outlet installed in the front of my house as well. He provided an estimate, and we made an appointment for the coming Saturday of that week. I explained that I had an appointment to get to later that afternoon, so the earlier he could get to me would be better. He said that he would call before coming to make sure the time still worked for me. On Saturday that is exactly what took place. Vinny one of Tony's workers called to see if it was still okay to come. I said yes , and Vinny along with Jason were at my house in no time. I showed them what needed to be done. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and how. Everything was done within an hour, and they left no trace that they were even there besides a working outlet and a new one. I also asked them about some additional work I might need and they took measurements and noted, so that Tony could provide an estimate for those jobs which he did. All in all, I can see why Diamond Electrical is highly rated on Angie's List. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use them again.

Tony was very professional and responsive to emails...was punctual for appointment and completed in a little less time than anticipated.

I contacted Tony by phone on the Saturday before Labor Day. Right away he told me the price ($785) and he asked me to send him and email with my address and he would get back to me on Tuesday after the Holiday. On Tuesday, he sent me an email to determine a date for the job. We agreed on Friday, September 12th (weather permitting). The Thursday before I sent him an email confirming the Friday date and he informed me in his reply that he would be at my home between 8 am and 8:30 am. He and his team (three guys) arrived promptly at 7:56 am. Two guys, including Tony, went inside into the attic and two guys outside. Thirty minutes later it was all done. No fuss, no muss. Tony and his guys are very nice, funny and professional. They did what was requested at the price quoted and in a timely fashion.

The jobs were completed very quickl y - we are very happy with the way it was done along with the results.

We had no prior experience working with an electrician so we didn't know what to expect. Diamond Electrical Services was easy to work with from start to finish. They arrived on time and finished the work quickly. The price was about what we expected to pay. We would use Diamond Electrical Services again.

I like the way Tony schedules appointments via email. It provides both parties with a written audit trail to all communications. My appointment was slated for 8:30 AM and at 8:29 the Diamond Electrical truck pulled up to my front door. That scored bonus points in my book. Tony was courteous and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. Within 40 minutes, the job was done. I would highly recommend Diamond Electrical Services to anyone in need of electrical repair or service.

Tony was here at the appointed time and performed the diagnosis and repair as well as some additional work not previously discussed. He requested we have a replacement light/fan fixture in case the problem was the fixture but didn't do the unnecessary work of replacing the fixture. This was the second time we used Diamond Electrical and find the work to be top notch and honest.

Tony arrived on time and began working promptly. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and neat he is very personable. He truly cares about his customers and takes pride in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Anthony from Diamond Electric Svcs came and installed a 50A service to my shed/garage, the job was professionally done, both him and his helpers were very friendly, I will be using his service again.

Tony would always try to make time in his schedule to get out to see us as soon as he could. He's the best electrician we've ever worked with - we feel so fortunate to have found him through Angie's List! Understandably, an electrician's cost reflects that one is paying for a licensed professional - - but for what it's worth, Tony's bills at the end of each day that we had him out never seemed out of proportion - they seemed just right for what we had needed! In fact, several times Tony would suggest this or that so that we could consider our overall costs. He was out to protect us that way. Tony was a joy to be around, too. He was just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. He seemed to actually care about his customers. He really saved us, too, at the end of our house-selling time, when we needed him to come back in to the property and take care of something that the buyers requested, before we headed to closing the deal. There was only one day that we could have him come out, and he did - and I'll bet he had to make special arrangements or sacrifice something to have done that for us. We really appreciate Tony and wish he could be available now on the West Coast for us!

Tony and his helper arrived promptly and installed the line in less then an hour without any problems. Was concerned that they might have a problem feeding the line through the kitchen and bathroom ceiling into the washroom which had the breaker box, but everything was very smoothly. Left the area as clean as it was when they started and even cleaned the cats water bowl! I recommend them and would use them again.

I sent photos of electrical panel and gave brand and size. He emailed me the quote right away. He responded quickly and I accepted his quote immediately. Another provider still hasn't contacted me. I called instead of scheduling through the website or app.

I called Tony in the morning, and he came over the same day. Him and his partner diagnosed why our doorbell and several outlets weren't working. We had a tripped circuit. He then added another outlet in our basement and secured a loose outlet in our bathroom. Tony seemed very fair and straightforward. We will definitely hire him again for future electrical work.

Tony was punctual. He brought all the tools needed for the job as well as mats to protect my floor. The installation was somewhat difficult since the prior electrician did poor work, As a a result of his competence, I can now see in my kitchen and I have a functional ceiling fan. The work exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him for future work.
