If I had to choose only one word to describe my experience with Diamond Electric it would have to be EXCEPTIONAL! Tony is a true professional and a master of his profession. From the initial proposal through the entire project, Tony and his associates treated my home as if it were their own. My home was in desperate need of a complete re-wiring and service upgrade. The scope of my project which included the re-wiring of existing outlets and switches as well as additional outlets & lighting went seamlessly from beginning to end even with the discovery of unexpected electrical dangers and previous homeowners "DIY" disasters. My home being built in the 1920's as it turned out had never been upgraded. What Tony and his team discovered while performing the contracted work sent chills through my body. Tony not only corrected the hazards that were discovered during the scope of the project, but went above and beyond in the care of the work being performed to ensure that my family and I would be safe and felt more confident knowing that our home would not be lost due to an electrical problem. He kept me informed throughout the entire project which encompassed 3 full days worth of work. They were on time every day they were here. As each area was completed, Tony and his associates cleaned up after themselves and I was left with only minimal dusting. In order to run some of the wiring, it was necessary to make some holes into the existing walls. Since they are constructed of plaster & lath that was no easy task. Tony went out of his way to make sure this was kept to a minimum so thereby helping me keep the existing costs of my project well under control. I cannot begin to express how much I would recommend Diamond Electric to anyone reading this except to say that I will be contracting with them in the spring for some outdoor electrical work that needs to be completed. That says it all! Thank you Tony! You have set the bar for other contractors to follow very high!

I had Tony installed a 240 plug for a electric dryer and a light switch for an out door light last year. He did an outstanding job last year. It only make sense to have him up-grade the electric panel and install the generator hook-up this year. As expected, he did an outstanding job. He even took the time to print out step by step direction for turning on the generator power for the house. His number is the only electrician I keep in my phone

Diamond Electrical Service returned my call promptly. I explained that we had a problem with several outlets not working especially the ones for our freezer in the basement and the well tank. He came the following day to check things out. Tony said we needed a new breaker panel and gave us a price for the work which I felt was very fair. We gave him the go ahead and he went out to purchase what he needed. He returned quickly and started the installation. By the time he left everything was working properly. He and his helper were very polite and courteous and answered any questions we had. They cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again when I have any electrical problems which I am sure will happen since the house is 50 years old.

Tony is great. Professional, honest, responsive and personable. He came on time with an assistant, completed the job quickly and didn't leave a mess. The work looks great and he checked that everything was working before leaving.

All elements of this work went very well - Tony & assistant arrived exactly as scheduled and completed all of the work in a very professional and timely manner: all work done neatly and efficiently, appliances covered to avoid any possible damage; work areas thororoghly cleaned up before leaving. We asked that fixtures match those we had already installed elsewhere in our home and Tony made an extra effort to obtain these for us. Had a great experience working with Tony - very easy going and easy to talk with.

The job went very well; the 2 man crew arrived in a timely manner and handled the job in a very expedient & effective manner. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly.

Tony made sure to text me when he was on his way so I was able to time what I was doing at the time. He and his partner were very friendly and got right to work and answered all questions I had. The job was quick and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I asked a few questions about other services I might do in the future and Tony did not try to push me to do them right away or upsell me which I greatly appreciated.

Anthony returned my call almost immediately after I had left him my message. He was at my place wirhin 2 hours. Did a thorough inspection, 15-20 minutes later Found the problem and then fixed the issue. He explained the problem to me suggested A few other things I should consider doing with my electrical. Will definitely take him up on It and will use Diamond Elecrical again, to take care of my upgrades.

I sent him email a few days ago through Angieslist website. He responded very quickly and it took only a few email exchanges for him to understand what I needed and to schedule me. He showed up today right in the window of time he said he would looking very professional - clean, courteous, knowledgable. We have an old house with plaster walls and ceilings and some old wiring. I have used other electricians and always been worried they aren't comfortable working on older homes. But I could see from the way he tackled the job I had nothing to worry about. Also, he works very clean. Puts down tarp, is careful with furniture, sweeps up after the job. The fixtures look great and are functioning well. He even went a bit above an beyond when I asked him to put a plate I'd bought over the light switches. I am very happy with his work, his attention to detail and his demeanor. I would use him again and refer him to others.

The guys arrived a half hour early. I was sent an email alerting me to their arrival. They quickly found the issue and repaired the wires and made sure the outlets functioned properly. They were quick and efficient.

Tony is neat, efficient, and came in on budget. He suggested things I had not thought of prior to providing a quote. We did add on a few things once he arrived, but the items he quoted did not change in price. He also provided the name of a painter with whom he works (he will be coming tomorrow), that will repair holes and paint the rooms. He answered (within a day, usually within a few hours) any email I sent and any phone call I made to him. WOW. His prices may seem expensive...but given the quality and efficiency of the work and the fact that he had to figure out where wires went (for example the outlet in the garage and the outdoor outlet on the other side of the house were connected and the wires were "chewed" through by squirrels!), I think it was worth it. I plan to call him when I remodel the kitchen.

Great experience from the moment we contacted this provider for the estimate to the completion of work. Provider was knowledgeable and very responsive on email. Work was done quickly and he explained everything. Overall great experience and would definitely use them again for our electrical needs.

I was expecting a simple change to the existing outlet which was a GFI outlet. It kept tripping because I had a refrigerator plugged into. When the work was finished, I was pleasantly surprised to see a new standard outlet installed next to the GFI outlet. I can use the GFI for other electronics and am not limited to only 2 plugs.

In about 45 minutes he let me know that everything was done. He walked me through everything he did to make the repair. He even plugged in all of the lights and TV and rolled up the extension cords that we were using for temporary power in the room. Tony and his partner were extremely professional and efficient . I was very happy with their work and the left everything neat, clean and moved back all of the furniture.

Our town's inspector even commented that they did "nice work". Courteous, on time, efficient. We will use Diamond Electric again.

On phone when I called for an appointment, Tony told me their costs and what it was for. They came in ahead of time and the work got down in an hours time which left the rest of the day available. He also checked the main switchboard as I requested and said there was no need to change or replace it. Tony also replaced bulbs on the entry chandelier at no charge. He took a look at the ceiling fans and recommended replacement and advised cost and place where they could be bought. Also gave an estimate of charges for installing them once bought. Tony is very knowledgeable, confident in what he does, consistent with the costs and overall a reliable person that will get the job done swiftly and well.
