Diamond Electric arrived within the time frame they had given and went straight to work. They managed to locate the problem (the electrical connection in the fan itself) in about 10 minutes and fixed it in another 5. Both of them were very professional and friendly.

Tony and his assistant, Joey, showed up punctually and prepared to work. We had received and accepted his written on-line quote. We were very concerned as the older system had water damage with water in the bottom tray. This was frightening to think of what could have occurred if this problem had not been found by Tony and his crew on their previous visit. They trimmed back the hedge when I went to do it which was very helpful. They set up and before cutting the power checked in with us to see if my wife needed any more time to take her respiratory medications. Tony reassured her that he would stop and provide power if she needed to use her equipment which was reassuring and courteous. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They labeled the new circuits for each room/utility as I had done on the older setup. I enjoyed seeing the information identifying connections/power sources relayed to Tony via cellphone. This was an interesting use of cells that we had not thought of before. Tony reviewed that he had applied for the work permit as required for Old Bridge NJ and would pick it up once it was approved. He would be available if there were questions from the OB Inspector.

The entire job was done with utmost professionalism and attention. Many providers do not return calls promptly or not at all. My call to Tony was answered promptly and I was asked to provide detsils of the job by email. Tony provided the estimate for work very soon after receiving my email. On the day of service, Tony and another technician arrived on time, looked at the work needed and completed it with professionalism and efficiency. Tony even helped with another issue that we have in our house by taking pictures in the attic and emailing them to me so that we could get service done for that issue from someone. Tony was excellent as far as follow up with the work. Since they missed completing something the first time, he himself provided us a partial refund as a courtesy for minor inconvenience. This type of honesty and professionalism is rare! I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work.

We found Tony's ad on Angie's list and contacted him. We mentioned him to friends and family who identified that he had been used successfully. We discovered that he is truly a "Diamond". He answered calls and emails I a timely manner & kept appointments as promised. He provided a detailed on-line assessment and price quote as he had stated that he would do. His work & his crew were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. My wife stated that she appreciated how they protected floors and cleaned up after themselves so well. When we were had questions he explained different approaches giving pros and cons to aid our decision-making. When he identified problems with ceiling water and water and rust in our electrical/breaker panel box he identified the seriousness of the matter. He offered suggestions for people to contact to solve these problem issues that were could see for ourselves were dangerous issues. He assisted us in contacting the people we selected. When called they showed up and reviewed the problem with him as well as me and my wife. We love the work done especially the functionality of the recessed lighting, the attractiveness of the outside lighting, and the modern ADA switches/controls. Best of all is having a safer and brighter environment. He has our gratitude, respect and thanks for excellent work...and for helping us deal with the troublesome, dangerous issues.

This is the 2nd time we have used Diamond Electric and would not hesitate to call Tony again. He is prompt, reliable & cleans up after the job is complete. This time he brought a 2nd person with him and he was also a pleasure to be around and just as knowledgeable as Tony.

Replaced old 150amp Federal Pacific electrical panel with a new 150amp GE electrical panel and also replaced the outside meter pan. The installation was smooth and efficient with Tony, the owner, and helper doing the work. While the estimate was on the high end of other quotes, I am happy with the overall experience and would use again given you deal directly with Tony from estimate to actual work performed.

Tony was great. He contacted me immediately and gave me a quote on the job after I sent him pictures for the install. The 10 circuit panel was $1,500 which included the inlet box located next to the meter. I had Tony install the inlet box on the other side of my house where it is more convenient to plug in the generator. That was an extra $350. There aren?t enough words to express how happy I am with the job Tony did. He was prompt, professional, clean, quick and did an all around excellent job at a good price. I am looking forward to using Tony again for my next job.

Anthony and his team did a very professional job at my home. Anthony provided outstanding customer service from the beginning of the engagement to the end. I reached out to him to request a quote and he quickly responded to me with a quote within 24 hours. We were able to refine the scope of work and get started. Once on site, Anthony and his team were prompt and efficient in installing the whole house fan and transfer switch. The entire job took about 3 hours including the install of the new flood light. Anthony walked me through the operations of all the new equipment and we tested my generator with the transfer switch. Upon completion, Anthony made sure that everything was cleaned up and ready to go. In summary, I was very happy with Anthony and Diamond Electronic and would recommend them in the future.

Great experience. Tony is very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time !!! He gave me great advise and while doing home electrical inspection, he fixed few lights that were not working by resetting circuit breakers. I felt comfortable talking to him.

I had several different electrical outlets that stopped working in my kitchen area. Normally, I can reset the GCFI and they come back on but not this time. While staying at taking at my father's house for a few days, I called early on a Sunday morning (around 9am) with an emergency and Tony picked up the phone right away. He understood the situation, explained what the likely problem was & made an appt to come evaluate the situation in person the following morning within a half hour window. Tony arrived a little bit early the following morning (!) and quickly and cleanly made the necessary repair. He took time to evaluate the property & offered additional suggestions regarding potential safety issues. I would recommend and would again use Tony's company, Diamond Electric.

Tony was excellent to deal with. When I originally called, I received a return message within 2 hours. He worked with my schedule to come over for the estimate. He was able to schedule the actual work a lot quicker than I anticipated. The entire process was very easy working with him.
