Tony and his team at Diamond Electric offer CLASS A service! It's almost impossible to find this kind of service, dedication, passion and professionalism from contractors nowadays! I originally contacted Tony to inspect and get an estimate on rewiring knob & tube system in our 95 year old house. Tony was quick to respond and absolutely helpful from the start. We lived outside of his usual service territory, but Tony scheduled us regardless! After a thorough inspection, Tony quickly determined the previous owner performed most of the electrical work on his own. He found overloaded junction boxes under the kitchen, refrigerator connected to knob and tube wiring, live k&t wire left exposed in basement ceiling. He helped us re-arrange our wish list and had us focus on the more important areas of the house first in order to save $. Tony's number one priority for us was safety- as new homeowners, we appreciated the honesty and realized you cannot put a price tag on piece of mind! We just got done with Phase 2 of electrical work...with many more down the line...but one thing is certain- we are calling Tony from Diamond Electric! Additional Comments: Pricing is fair. Very organized- provides an estimate with clear description of work and cost. Easy and convenient way of approving estimates with an app.

This was an excellent experience. There were on time, did the work quickly, checked everything out. There were very nice to work with, My alarms passed inspection with ease. The owner really cares about his business and providing great customer service.

I called Tony originally to help with an electrical outlet in our master bathroom that had burn marks behind it. He asked for pictures of the outlet through email. He came over the same day and tackled the builder's wiring (don't ask) and removed the outlet for us. Since he was there, he took down all the work we wanted and was going to contact us with an estimate. He did not charge for the removal of the outlet and rewiring of the builder's wiring. He sent us an estimate the same day through email. We scheduled work to be done. The day of the work, he and associate, Orlando, arrived 20 minutes early and started immediately. The work was done in three hours. They installed the seven lights and removed the old single light. They plugged all holes, we have to spackle and paint. The job was done professionally and cleanly. You hardly know they were there after it was all said and done.

The work was done promptly and efficiently. All work done has always been more than satisfactory. I would have never called for additional work if I was not satisfied. This is the sixth time I have used his service.

Tony was terrific. He was organized, on time and efficient. I was having other work done at the same time and Tony was the only provider that who was efficient and on time with no issues. He also provided a quote that was very close to the actual cost which was refreshing. I would definitely use Tony again. I totally recommend him.

Tony was fantastic from the moment of initial contact throughout the entire experience. Very easy to set up an appointment and he arrived promptly. He was very professional and was quickly able to figure out the issue at hand and resolve. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Arrived on time. pinpointed the problem immediately and educated me on the proper bulbs to use for my dining room fixture which blew out my switch.

This is the fourth time I have had Diamond Electric perform electrical work in my home. To me there is no greater compliment. I can count on them to arrive on time, get right to work, and complete the job exactly the way it should be done.

Was on time/neat/cleaned up after all the work was done. If I has any questions he explained them to me. Once the work was completed and paid in full, my receipt was e mailed to me, in seconds This was my second time Tony did work for me. Will recommend to everyone.

Tony was great! He was extremely responsive to all questions / concerns prior to hiring and sent estimated quotes in a timely manner. On day of installation he was prompt and respectful of our house (provided floor covering and cleaned up after himself) and answered all questions we had as the work progressed. We had an issue with the foyer chandelier and he worked directly with the lightening company to resolve the issue for us. We highly recommend him for your job (whether big or small) and will be using him in the future.

Tony did a great job updating my basement to the newest LED lighting. It is a pleasure working with someone so professional; Tony cares about his customers and has great integrity in the work he provides. I would strongly recommend Tony for any electrical needs.

Tony was punctual, professional, courteous and worked quickly to diagnose a short in the wiring of an outside light fixture that was causing the problem. I would recommend him highly.

Everything went great. One of the best contractors I've found on Angie's list. Diamond is my "go to " for any electrical work I need done.

They showed up right on time (a little bit early actually...which was very much appreciated). They were quick and professional the whole time as they asked us questions to establish what our problem was and anything else that we might know that might help in getting to the route of what caused it. We were having issues with some of our outlets not working anymore and they got right to work examining each outlet and tracing the wiring back to the box to establish where the problem was. They found some poor workmanship done by the prior owners and were able to correct everything and replace the items that needed replacing (an old outlet that had reached its max and an incorrectly installed breaker), both quickly and efficiently. All throughout they explained everything that was wrong and why it was wrong to help give us piece of mind and a better understanding. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone as they really made us feel comfortable with the whole process.

Tony was able to quickly troubleshoot a difficult problem. It turned out to be a bad connection in a circuit that was still working. Really good troubleshooting. Friendly and very professional. Job extremely well done.

Tony the owner, showed up on time with a helper and discussed what the work plan was & they got right to it. The morning was very cold, but they finished digging the trench for the underground cable in no time. By about noon or so, the entire job was finished ! I would definitely use Diamond Electrical Services again.

I have been using Diamond Electrical for three years now based off of previous reviews from Angie's List...and not once have I been disappointed. Tony is always responsive, professional and kind. His hours are flexible and his work is accurate and efficient. I made the mistake of having a family friend hang a chandelier and three hours later it still wasn't done. The results were a completely botched electrical job....Diamond Electric to the rescue...literally, to the rescue in a few short days. Tony and his team quickly assessed the botched job and immediately got to work in repairing the broken light fixture and making the bad situation workable. Within a short period of time, the chandelier was fixed and hung...and a less learned to always call Tony for all my electrical needs. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician, as mentioned, have used Diamond Electrical for many projects in my home over the years.

Arrived on time. Performed work as requested. Did exactly what I wanted. Did a neat clean job.

An excellent job was done. Long story short ... I was using my dryer one day and smelled something burning. It turned out the outlet needed to be replaced; the burning was so substantial that the outlet and the plug for the dryer itself were beyond saving. I called Diamond Electric and spoke with Tony. He was very professional and courteous; he asked for pictures of the damage over email, and we set up an appointment for the following day. The next day he completed the job quickly and competently. Overall the whole process was a very efficient and pleasant experience.

Tony and his assistant originally came to install 2 cable jacks. One brand new and one being moved from one wall to another. He Installed the new cable jack in a spare bedroom, which required he go up through attic to run the wires. He cleaned up and tested everything before leaving. They were very prompt, showing up exactly when he said he would and did the job in about an hour. When I first called Diamond Electrical I also requested a cable jack be moved to a new wall in my family room. Tony walked through the whole house, and informed me that while he is happy to complete the job, it would be almost double the amount of the new Jack he was putting in upstairs. He detailed the amount of work and why it would cost that much more. He also outlined several alternatives so all my options were available to me in the event I wanted to avoid the cost. I would use Diamond Electrical again.

Tony returned my call within a couple of hours and was able to come out the following day. He arrived promptly at our appointment time. He and the other electrician were very pleasant and quickly solved the problem. He advised me on some needed upgrades without being pushy. He had previously installed an attic fan and we were happy with that, and are happy with his work once again. His prices are quite reasonable, especially compared to some of the chain/large companies out there. I highly recommend using Diamond Electrical.

Tony was very professional and helpful when I called the week before the work was done. I had called becasue my bedroom circuit had tripped and I could not get it to stay on. Tonyy suggested I unplug everything and then turn the circuit back on and then start to slowly plug things back in. This work and the issue did not reoccur since the initial incident. I did have many other projects I need to get done and I provide him wiht the details via email and he provided back an immediate quote for the work needed. We then determined the best date that would work and he gave me very clear times he would be here and a time his roofer would arrive. Everyone was on time and did what was required quickly and efficiently. Drop cloths were used where rqiured and all boxes, fixtures and trash was removed by Tony. I have to say this was the smoothest I have seen this kind of work done. Anyone that would have come here within a halft hour of the jobs completion would not eve know I had anyone in the house to work on all the projects that were done. I thank Tony and his team and would absolutely call him for any future projects I have.
