Tony new what the problem was without wasting any time as soon as he heard my lights were going on and off.

Tony knew exactly where to find the problem without wasting time where others i had come in said they would have to check things over one by one. Tony gave me a temporary fix when he came so that we could have lights until he came back with his guys to install new circuit breaker box.

Diamond Electric came on time, worked very efficiently and were very neat. Tony, the owner came on site to insure that I was satisfied with the work.

Came and installed most of the GFCI outlets and rewired some electrical circuits from the panel that weren't installed properly.

The technicians was on time and finished the job on time. No issues at all. Will definitely call them again if needed.

The job was done excellently .... I was closing on my house and needed to get a couple of violations fixed so I reached out to tony from diamond electric. He was out the next day right on time and did an excellent job!!!

Tony and Dan arrived more than an hour earlier than expected and there wasn't a wasted movement between them! They were extremely efficient, courteous and FAST! They were done in just under an hour (given that my attempt took several, that's pretty good!), and cleaned and left their workspace in better shape that they found it! Admittedly, I did not comparatively shop for electrical contractors, but I thought Tony's price point was reasonable and fair for what I needed done, and I will definitely be calling on him again for future projects!

My lights were blinking and I had another company in and they did not find the problem. Tony was able to find and fix the problem.

Everything went more or less to plan, with Tony and his colleague working non stop for the best part of the day. He was confident in what he was doing and although not the cheapest quote we got, his confidence is what made us decide to use his services...and we are glad we did. There was a hiccup with something that we had done and when we informed Tony about it he came right back to fix the problem. We will be using him again to get more electrical work done to the outside of our home.

Tony has been a great person to work with. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional, providing good advice and not pushing for extra unnecessary expenses. The crew including Tony showed up on time (even slightly ahead of schedule) the work was performed well and it was a worry free experience on my side. I am really grateful for that especially after a few disappointing experiences with other contractors before. Tony showed up early and got the job done in less than an hour. He left the work space in a clean and tidy condition. He was very personable and I would not hesitate to use his service again. I am now looking for other projects he can do for me.

I think we had every kind of wiring ever invented from knob and tube to non metallic and over the years many rooms in the house ran off the same circuits since we only had a 20 circuit panel. After living here for 35 years we finally decided to get the whole house updated to code. We had all the wires, switches and outlets including new boxes replaced with the proper 15 or 20 amp wiring and circuit breakers, about 10 additional outlets installed, an upgraded 40 circuit breaker panel with a generator interlock system installed, six ceiling fans with wall mounted fan controls and light dimmers installed, a thermostatic controlled attic exhaust fan installed, two outside outlets installed and five hard wired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors installed. Tony, the owner, and his two assistants Vinnie and Dan showed up on the day and at the time promised and were very neat and professional. They spent five and a half full days doing the work and all were very professional and pleasant to work with. When the job was done they carted away all the old materials. The job was completed at the original estimated price and passed inspection the first time. I would highly recommend Diamond Electrical Services and plan to use them again any time we might need any other electical work done.

Perfectly. There was a fault in the wiring that he found and repaired. The switch box had 2 switches but only half or a switch cover because of the way the it had previously be gerryrigged. So when replace the switch he gave me a new switch cover and replaced both switches. He also caulked a gap between the aluminum siding and the junction box due to a mistake in the original installation by the previous owner. All-in-all it was a perfect job and a great experience.

The team were punctual and on the dot. Very professional and respectful. The quality of the service, the installed parts were if high standards. Though the price that they charged could have been fairer. $300 for 30 mins seemed pricey.

Diamond Electrical was and is highly professional, responsive and punctual. They obviously performed the requested work well, but followed through with a fuse needed to complete the work -- and throughout the process were highly communicative by email etc. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Tony and his assistant, Joe, were excellent! True professionals, responsive, and great at their trade! I wish I was as good at what I do as they are at being electricians.

Tony is very professional, courteous, friendly and 150% customer focused. I was extremely impressed from my first contact. I sent an email via Angie's List explaining the work I needed to be performed and requested an estimate, if possible. Tony had responded within minutes stating that he would put together the estimate. I had it within 20 minutes. This was not just a first time quick response. Every text I sent, Tony always responded within a reasonable time. They arrived on time, evaluated the areas of where the work was to be performed and went straight to it and didn't stop until it was completed, about hour and half later. The work performed was neat, no unnecessary bigger holes than needed, and the areas cleaned up once completed. His business files, invoicing, etc. are all on his tablet and therefore, within minutes, he emails your invoice. He completely understands that in order for his business to succeed, he must do his best to ensure his customers are happy at the same time as providing quality work. In my opinion, he has succeeded. While his prices may be slightly higher than the competition, it is not unreasonable for the service quality and customer service communication aspects.

Diamond's electricians arrived on time and accurately figured out what the cause of the issue with our central A/C. Tony and his crews always do a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tony and Joey were very prompt, professional, and polite. They did four hours of work in 90+ degree heat without complaint. The total cost for the services did not stray from the original estimate. We are confident in the quality of work that was done, and they took the time to explain all of the details on the work that they did. We would definitely hire them again for any electrical service needs!

Our first job with Tony in 2015 was terrific and we definitely wanted him back for this work. Tony is not only a "wizard" electrician he makes great suggestions. He noted that we were charging our I Pad and we discussed our grandkids having chargers at all outlets. He asked if we were familiar with household usb port outlets and then described them. We were thrilled at the idea. (When we told the grandkids they got excited too!) He discussed placement of outdoor lighting in the kitchen and helped us to rethink its placement closer to the outside stairwell wall. We are enjoying the brighter lighting with its fabulous controls. The under the cupboard light is so well placed as to be out of sight and easy to "forget" until you need it..and then it is great He offered to come over to walk us through the installation of the emergency generator when we get it. We have and will continue to refer others to him. He is a very professional workman who is proud of his work and stands by it. We are planning to ask him back in 2017 for another project that we are planning.
