Tony was incredibly punctual and detail oriented right from the estimate. Very professional work, even came back after installation to make the necessary adjustments we wanted. Was always reachable/responsive and courteous - I recommend Tony without hesitation.

Tony and his assistant Joe came right on time. They were both polite and very professional. Assessed the job and got right to work. They spent just under an hour and had to adjust the fit of the new fixture. The ceiling is vaulted and the base had two posts that had to be cut down so the fixture would fit properly. They worked quickly and smoothly and charged exactly what the estimate was. Highly recommended.

Tony responded to what was a potential emergency within just a few hours. He made a temporary fix that day and returned the next day with his team to do the service replacement. The job was done professionally and the results are excellent. I called Diamond because others would not respond or could not come that day. I'm glad the others were unavailable -- I will use them for any future electrical work. Highly recommended.

Tony exceeded my expectations. He answered my call personally and said he would arrive within an 1 1/2 hours - he arrived in an hour. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed it immediately. Vin and Dan, the installers, encountered that wire from outside meter to the circuit box went under the cement garage floor, and as a result they had to do more work than they had quoted for. They added new copper wire to the meter, but did not charge for the extra hours of labor. They were prompt in arrival and worked steadily and competently for eight hours. i am so glad I called Diamond Electrical and would use them again.

I've had Tony out to do some work for me a couple of years ago and I told him he'd be back to do more. It took a while but I knew he was the one to do the work. He is very professional and neat and very knowledgeable. The work he (and his excellent helpers) did took about a day and a half. I could not be happier with the work. I will have Tony back down the road to do some kitchen lighting and outlet work. When this recent work was completed, he went over the whole generator hookup and made sure I understood it all. We ran my generator in power mode and all went well. He is great at explaining things and answers all your questions. Thanks Tony. Steve F.

I called the owner, Tony, at around at 930AM in the morning and he promised to be at my home at 1100AM, although he works 20 miles away. He diagnosed the issue in no time. one of the wires within the circuit breakers that feeds to the Central Air conditioner was disconnected. The issue with my circuit breaker was fixed in no time.

Tony performed excellent work, and showed professionalism from the first point of contact to the completion of the job. He is responsive, informative and dedicated in his expertise.

The house was built around 1910 and had some logistical issues that were very difficult to detect initially and work around. I interviewed 4 contractors including several from Angies list and one said the work would be so difficult they couldn't give me a price. They would just charge me by the hour until it was done. Other contractors suggested simplifying the project by not placing inside switches or placing lighting in non-ideal positions. The problems related to the way the house was initially constructed, the position I requested for the fixtures a switches and accessing useable pathways for electric wires. What I liked about Diamond was the responsiveness and oversight of Tony, the owner and problem solving attitude of his team. They didn't just mention the problems and shortcomings of the house, they worked with me to find solutions. I ended up not having to compromise on the position of lighting or switches. The job took a little longer than originally expected and the price was also a little more than planned, but I saw how hard Vinny and Dan worked and the job was worth what I paid. The result was great and I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Tony sent an itemized estimate for all the services that needed to be performed and charged us according to the same. He came with another person right on time and performed excellent service. The circuit diagnosis couldnt be done better. I also asked Tony to send estimates for some more fresh wirings in the house in future, recess light installation etc and his estimates are very well in reasonable limits ( some other people came, charged $50 for estimates and gave completely absurd estimate). Will definitely use these guys in future and highly recommend them.

Appointment expected for 8:30. I got to the site at 8:10 with the team waiting and ready to roll. I threw them curve balls. My original expectation of a of a smaller job grew by nearly 50% when they came by as I started to figure what I really wanted, they changed the scope of the installs to accommodate me. additional items include... my '1' network drop turned into 5. my single circuit addition turned to 2. added an HDMI run between rooms. Everything done on a single day. New invoices made on the fly, poor guys worked through lunch! they had their eyes on the prize. I'll definitely hire again.
