Great. Tony and crew arrived when they said they would and the work was expedited quickly. Everything is working fine.

It went great!! Tony came and replaced all my smoke detectors the very day I called him and since all my detectors were not functioning this was really important. This is the 3rd time I have used Diamond Electric and they have always done and exceptional job. I will be certainly be using them again if I need any more work in the future. I highly recommend this company.

The service was excellent. I called Diamond Electrical Services, Tony gave me a two hour window as to when he'd arrive. Fifteen minutes before arrival he let me know he was on his way. Tony responded via email on initial request in a very prompt manner. Vinnie and his apprentice checked and found the cause of the problem and were very patient with answering all the questions I had. We did not choose to fix the issue directly and I was fine with the work around provided. I don't know if price is high or low but I appreciate Diamond Electric at least responding unlike some other folks I had contacted.

Everything went well, he was on time and finished so much faster than I expected! Also we are pleased that we do not have to worry about the power going out when the dryer and the microwave are used at the same time and the power doesn't surge when turning the dryer on anymore. We have not had any instance to try out the generator switchover yet, but I have faith it will be fine because Tony has never disappointed me in the 4-5 years we have hired him!

I was very pleased with everything from the quality of the work to the punctuality This is my second time using Diamond electrical services and I would use their services again in the future.

My appointment was for 8:30 am. Both workers showed up around 8:15 that in itself was promising. They installed the transfer in about 45 mimites and we ran the test. Unfortunately it didn’t work, they looked at the schematic again and discovered a mistake in the wiring directions . They showed me the mistake with the company’s schematic , re wired and presto it worked. Both workers, I think there names were Ken and Dan were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use diamond electric again for any upcoming electrical projects.

Diagnosis was difficult including poking around in drop ceiling and behind sheetrock, and crawling through crawlspace. When the bad section was found, the guys gave me the option of replacing the shorted section (cheaper) or redoing that section as a new circuit back to the panel (the right way). I chose the latter.

Very methodical. Found the problem and fixed nicely. Reinstalled dishwasher with proper electrical hookup
