I called Diamond Electric and they said they would come the next day. They showed up on time, replaced the outlet and were finished in 15 minutes. The electrician, Vinnie, was very professional. I have used them several times in the past and will continue to do so whenever we need electrical work done.

The service and response was extremely prompt and courteous. I needed repairs done for a closing and everything was handled the next day and ahead of schedule. All of the interactions were quick and from call to completion the window was 24 hours. The quote and billing was accurate and fair.

Showed up on time. Found problem quickly (bad connection upstream in the chain of outlets). Fixed, and cost what was predicted. Electricians are not cheap, but I think I paid about the going rate.

Wonderful! Tony squeezed me in first thing on a Saturday and I had only just called him the day before. He put shoe covers on as soon as he walked in my house. I thought that was so courteous. He was polite and gave us a very fair price. And he left the room cleaner than the way he found it. We will absolutely use him again.

From start (estimate) to finish, Diamond Electrical Services were incredible. I'm extremely happy with their services. Tony was very prompt, courteous, and highly professional. He showed up on time and worked very rapidly under some very grueling conditions (it was freezing outside!). They diagnosed the problem with my outdoor lights & outlets not functioning as well as install new sets of each. They're work was very clean and you can see the quality behind it (they were very meticulous about what they were doing). After the job was done, Tony took the time to walk me through everything he did and provided a very easy and detailed explanation of what was done. Vinny (assistant) was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and worked diligently throughout the whole process. I would absolutely go to these gentlemen again for my electrical needs and look forward to speaking to them when it's time to re-wire my entire kitchen. After this experience, it would be a privilege to call these gentlemen for my next project.

He bought the mount for us because I was unsure which mount would be best. Arrived on time and had the TV up and working within 2 hours. GREAT SERVICE!

Tony was beyond excellent. We had another electrical company out, and after two hours they said our issue would require a 2 day job with an estimated cost $2,500. We called Diamond for a second opinion. Tony responded right away, and came out first thing the following day. After only slightly more than an hour of work, Tony and his crew identified and corrected the issue for a charge of less than $500. Throughout the process Tony was both polite and communicative. Diamond will be our first call for all future electrical needs.

Tony was prompt, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the problem which was in the main electrical panel. I appreciated that he did an immediate fix so that I could schedule the replacement for the panel at a later date when it was convenient for me. I will use him to come back when it is time to replace the panel.

Woke up to multiple outlets in my kitchen not working. Did a search and found Diamond. They answered immediately, emailed me within 10 minutes (to confirm address etc) and showed up within the hour. Excellent. This is the third time I've hired Tony and his partner, Joe, tô do work at my home and they are top-of-the-line electricians. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not only that, they're neat and fast about their work and you would hardly know they were in your home after they left.

I can't say enough positive things about Diamond Electrical Services. From the very moment I contacted them through Angie's List, they were responsive and immediately provided me with appointment times/dates. I initially chose Diamond because they had so many positive reviews. Once we agreed upon an appointment date and time, Mr. Agugliaro provided me with a window within which he would be there. He texted me the morning of the appointment and even let me know that he was running early. This was great news and the text enabled me to get to my mother's condo in time to meet them. They were professional, personable, and listened to what we had to tell him about selling my mom's house. They walked us through every step of the process and explained what the problems were and how they were going to fix them. Everyone is leading hectic lives and with the burden of my mother's failing health and moving to an assisted living facility, I just really needed someone who was honest, professional, and would get the job done so the electrical problems in her home would be one last thing we had to worry about. They worked quickly and answered every question we had with complete and understandable responses. Their rates were reasonable and there were no surprises. The cost of inspection was the same cost that they stated in their first response on Angie's List. It was our pleasure and good fortune to find Diamond Electrical Services at a time when we really needed a professional, honest, and high-quality company.

All of the work was completed in a timely manner. Tony and his assistant arrived at my house at the promised time. They did an excellent job. I love my new ceiling fan; it looks great in my living room. Tony (the owner) is excellent; I have used him for previous jobs in my house.
