Response time was excellent. My service inquiry was responded to on a Saturday and an appointment quickly scheduled. Vinny arrived on time, did the job and did not leave until he was satisfied that the detectors were all operating correctly. Would hire again and definitely will recommend Diamond Electrical.

I reached out to several electricans for quotes for some electrical work a few weeks back. Tony was the first to get back to me (less than 12 hours after I requested info), and provided a very comprehensive quote that was broken down by line-item costs. This was really helpful since I'm in a new house and have a laundry list of projects, but can't afford to do everything at one. We were able to choose which projects to prioritize and we booked Tony for the work. He was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. Tony was really flexibile with working around our schedule, and answered all the questions we had before the appointment. Tony and a member of his team arrived exactly on schedule that day, and were completely prepared to complete the work quickly and with little disturbance. He checked in with us frequently, making sure we were comfortable with the location of the fans, giving us the choice of many settings, and advising us that one of our fans wasn't in good condition (allowing us time to go to the store and swap it out for a new one). He laid down blankets/mats to protect our hardwood floors from the debris and cleaned up after himself so there was no mess left behind. He and his team member completed the work in just a few hours. Overall the experience was easy, without complication, and completed perfectly and timely. We've already started planning out our next few projects for Tony, and are planning to make him our "go-to" electrician!

I wish every company I hired to do work on my home was like Diamond Electrical Services! Tony replied to my email requesting work in a couple of hours and we quickly set up a time for him and his crew (one man) to do the work. It turned out that the wiring for the microwave circuit was very tricky and required going through the wall, but the two men worked it out so a minimal amount of cutting was necessary. Tony and his worker were highly professional and explained everything they were doing. I wish they did everything--heating, plumbing, painting, etc.--I've seldom had such an easy time with a skilled trades company.

Tony (and Joe) completed everything expected and more. I am so pleased with the overhead kitchen lights, how they were installed with minimum mess or disruption and how they match (Tony picked them out) so nicely to my kitchen. The additional on the spot repairs of outlets and such were handled quickly and cleanly. Would I use Diamond Electrical again? You bet!

The response was so fast, the price was great, and the guys were super nice. Tony installed my Basement Heaters last year and One of my Basement Heaters stopped working. called Tony and he replaced without charging. Great service

Tony himself responded to my phone call and gave me a set price for replacing all 10 smoke alarms in my home. He and his assistant arrived punctually, and finished the job quickly. For a nominal fee, he gave me an estimate on electrical work that I plan to do in my basement. He had a professional, no-nonsense approach, and my smoke alarm problem was instantly resolved.

I️ called two companies on a Sunday night when I️ found out one of my fuses was frayed and needed to be replaced stat. Diamond Electrical Services was very professional, prompt and friendly in getting back to me. Replaced my fuse the next day with ease. The other company I️ called, acted as if they were going to do me a favor by coming out the next day to replace my fuse. I️ would recommend diamond Electrical Services and plan on using them in the future if needed.
