From the initial phone inquiry to job completion, only one word comes to mind: "Superb". Immediate response to my inquiry (while other electricians have yet to respond...in over two weeks) resulted in my contracting with Diamond. Arrived, today, on time to do the job. Tony, the owner, and his helper arrived and immediately went to work. Worked quickly, efficiently and without disrupting the household. Job completed and cleaned-up in just a couple of hours. Again....SUPERB!

Diamond Electric exceeded my expectations. Yes, they were prompt and very pleasant. They communicated by text message, my preference, to keep me up to date about issues. The owner and his associate performed the work I needed to have done carefully, yet efficiently. I pointed out a couple of areas where work of other contractors had been poorly done. They easily corrected those problems. I have confidence in their work.

Tony and Vinnie arrived early. Pleasant and professional. Work completed satisfactorily in less than an hour.

Smoothly. Tony arrived promptly on the day he came to look over the work and was 5 minutes early on the day he performed the work. When doing business with someone who is working from home, punctuality is so important, so that was a winning move from the start. On top of that, Tony worked diligently to minimize disruptions. In fact, I didn't even have to shut down my laptop or router when the work was going on. I have more work planned in the future and will definitely be contacting Tony again.

Very well. Tony and his assistant were able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem that Comcast (we have their VOIP phone service) was unable to find. Tony has always been prompt, courteous, and friendly as well as highly competent. I would strongly recommend his company to anyone who values getting the job done right the first time.

Tony did an excellent job, was flexible with scheduling around other contractors, and everything came out great. While other places might be a little cheaper, we got burned by someone who said they could do the work, but when we called to schedule did not return multiple calls. Tony was able to step in quickly and perform the work. In the future we will be going with him from the start.

When I called I actually talked to a person, not a voicemail. This to me made a big difference. I did call multiple companies but all were voicemails and I had to leave a message. Sadly, the call-backs were not the same day I left a message. They did not come in till this morning and I had already hired Diamond Electric to do the job. This company is very professional. I would hire them again if I need any other electrical work done, without hesitation.

Tony from Diamond Electric has been a godsend to us since we moved into our home about 2 years ago. We've called him out several times for various projects (big and small -- even as small as switching a flip). He's always accommodating, punctual and courteous. He does a thorough job and doesn't cut corners. He has installed flood lights and yard lights and installed outlets for various items including dedicated lines for sump pumps, pool equipment. Most recently he hung some chandeliers for us and when I asked him to come back a second time to move one of them he did without a problem. He really sets out to please his clients while doing top notch electrical work. Highly recommend him for your electric needs.

Contractor provided estimate of $4575 via email and pictures only without ever visiting the location or calling me to discuss any details. This estimate is over twice the price as a contractor who actually took the time to visit the property and discuss the project. I am not this sure contractor understands the work needed to be done and do not consider providing estimates this way to be very professional.

Very Well. He was punctual, Professional and very nice to work with. He was also very responsive when I called to set up the appointment. He had come to home nearly 20 years ago to do electrical work and I had remembered how much I liked his work at that time. I guess you can call me a repeat customer!!!

Tony and Vinnie arrived earlier than promised. They did all the work needed in a very courteous and professional manner. Their work was neat and they cleaned up everything when they were finished. The final cost was exactly what the original estimate was quoted. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for electrical services and already plan to use them again.

Diamond Electrical Services quickly answered our phone call, set up an appointment and showed up on time and did the job. You can’t ask for any more than that! Their card is on our refrigerator!😀

Tony was super responsive and came out next day and was able to fix the electrical connection to the dishwasher. Best Buy installers came out 3 times and were unable to properly diagnose and troubleshoot my Bosch 800 series dishwasher. I will definitely use Tony in the future. Highly recommend.

Tony and his crew came on time to install the 4 ceiling fans including wiring etc. Very professional and neat work. They cleaned up after they worked. I found later that one of the fans was having a little wobble. Asked Tony to check the same. He came the next day, checked the issue and corrected the same. Extremely satisfied and would recommend.

It has been repaired to be in compliance with the code and safety. A great job done!

After careful examination, he was able to determine that the problem had its source outside the house, through the white wire that comes from the pole, requiring to be fixed by PSE&G.215.00

Couldn't be better. The work was done quickly and professionally. No clean up necessary and the contractor showed up on time and did just what was asked. I have used this contractor to install bathroom light/fans and to install ceiling fans. All work is done promptly and doe well. This contractor is very aware of the power of Angie's List to help promote their business and they are eager to get a good rating.

Well. He replaced two burnt out fixtures with LED lights that don’t need changing.
