They were very professional and easy to work with. Unlike some of the other businesses where your call is met with an answering machine, at Diamond you will always have someone actually pickup the phone and talk to you. Well almost always :-) . They took care of the permits, arrived on time, completed the work professionally and efficiently and cleaned up the area after work. They also handled some things that we had not discussed originally, for a nominal price. Tony is a great conversationalist and we enjoyed talking to him about our recent trip to Italy and great pointers for our future trips. All in all a very pleasant experience. Will definitely tap Diamond electricals for all our future electrical needs.

I live in an older home and there’s always plenty of electrical work that needs to be done Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable his prices are fair and he doesn’t clean work I would definitely use them again

I called Tony in the morning and he stopped by in the afternoon to replace the switch. He is a pleasant person to work with and very professional. I can feel his strong technical capabilities. The price may be a bit high, but that could be the going rate, since I have never worked with a licensed electrician. Anyway, in the end, I feel it’s worthwhile. This is the second time we used Diamond and will continue to do so. Professionalism is unmatched to any other tech we spoke to in the past. Besides completing the work on time, it’s done right. Any questions my wife or I had, answers right away, explains in full detail and if it was something we wanted to change, NOT A PROBLEM. We have several more projects to do and will use Diamond again. I called Diamond Electrical services and Tony called me back within 15 minutes. He asked that I send a picture so he could see what needed to be done. I could not as I was away for a few days. Tony went by the house the very next day sent me pictures and a quote and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. He said he would be there at 12, showed up a few minutes early and fixed the electric box in less than a half hour. Tony was quick to respond to my emails and set up an appointment for an estimate right away. His prices are fair and competitive. We were able to set up an appointment fairly quickly and he worked with my schedule. He stayed in communication and confirmed with me. The work he and Vinny did was done quickly and neatly. The quality is very good and I plan to use their services again when I need more electrical work done.

Mr. Agugliaro is a consummate professional. We originally selected another provider who we knew for the job, but when that fell through, Mr. Agugliaro made himself immediately available to get us out of a time-sensitive bind. He showed up on time, worked fast and cleanly, and responded to any queries quickly; he even followed up to ask whether his work passed inspection. Mr. Agugliaro answered all of our questions patiently and explained everything that needed to be done so that we understood he was giving us an honest assessment of the problems with our electrical system.
