I think their work turned out well, and I would probably recommend to them to others.

When we called they suggested we first check the reset buttons before having a tech come out, which would have cost us for the visit. We did, but realized we did need a tech visit. I called the next morning, left a message and within 10 minutes received a call and a confirmation that someone would be there later that day. The tech came early in the window of time I was given. He fixed the wiring efficiently and professionally and also installed a programmable thermostat. He was very helpful and informative. I would definitely call Diamond Electrical again.

Our call was answered right away. We called on a Wednesday and Tony and Mike were at our house on Saturday. They came when they said they would. Appreciated that as it is a real pain when you are captive in your house waiting for someone to show up in the large range of time they give (e.g. between 9 am and 9 pm). The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Very nice guys. Courteous, friendly and professional.

Everything went well. He was quick and very professional. We dealt with a terrible electrician before who gave us wrong information, overcharged us, and didn't fix the issue. Tony was right on in his assessment of the situation and address the problem. We will use him again for our electrical needs.

Overall we couldn't be more pleased. After seeing Diamond's reviews and comparing to others on Angie's list we called and spoke to Tony who offered to stop the next day in order to provide an estimate. He arrived on time for the estimate and explained what he would do. We agreed on the terms and he asked to call back with the exact appointment which turn out to be Saturday of the same week. On Saturday he arrived on time and he and his assistant got to work. They were neat and professional and informative. We were very happy and now his number is part of our "go to list".

I called Diamond get an estimate on some small electrical repars (GFCI outlets, ceiling fan, dishwasher wiring) a few weeks ago. Tony was very professional and provided a resonable estimate for each project, giving me the option to break the work down into a couple of visits or all at once, which I thought was very nice of him. Most companies wouldn't want to make multiple trips, I imagine. He showed up right on time and was very professional. He explained all the work thoroughly and was very knowlegable. When it came time to do the actual work, Diamond gave me the flexibility of a Saturday appointment. They arrived right on time and when Tony gave the estimate that it would take them an hour and a half to get the job done, he was right on the money. Speaking of money, Tony kept right to the estimate with no surprise extra charges or fees. He even reminded me of the $25 coupon for Angie's List members that I had totally forgotten about! Bottom line: Good, honest work was done and I will definitely use Diamond for any future electrical projects.

Our dining room light was flickering. Tony arrived on time and found the problem immediately. He showed us the problem wire and explained the cause, fixed it promptly, and upgraded the switch. He even told us what signs to watch for in other switches and outlets. Very professional, excellent work, very fair price. Looks even better now too! We will be hiring him to do more extensive work next month.

I called Tony and he immediately returned my call and made an appointment for later that day. He was right on time. I had a bad circuit breaker. It was temporarily repaired. He gave me an estimate for the job. I just got off the phone with Tony and they are coming over later today to permanently repair my problem.

Called and spoke to Tony about what I wanted done. He gave a me price over the phone for the GFI's and said he could do it on Saturday. I agreed to the price and the date. He called before he arrived to confirm the time. When he arrived I asked him to look at some additional work and he quoted a price. All of the work I requested was done very quickly and professionally. I also discussed some possible future work which would require permits, he advised me on the steps to take before proceeding with anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Tony was extremely responsive. His work was done in a timely and extremely efficient manner. He also gave me advice about installing an outside attic fan at a later date. I was very pleased with my experience and feel comfortable recommending Tony to any future customers. Even when I offered to fill in dirt after underground cable repaired Tony took care of it.

It went very smoothly. Tony came, looked over the job and gave me the cost, then did the job perfectly. He was friendly and professional.

Tony came the day after I first called him to give us an estimate. He was running a little late but called to let us know. He even honored the Angie's List coupon that I mentioned, even though I had forgotten to actually print it out. We agreed to have him do the job and he was able to come back two days later. He arrived right on time that day with an assistant to help, walked my husband through exactly where he was going to put the outlets and what he was going to do, and had the whole job done in less than 90 minutes. The work looks great and Tony was very nice and personalbe, a consummate professional. The electrician we had u sed in the past has retired, so from now on Tony is definitely our go-to guy for all electrical needs!

I had a problem where I had no power going to the GFI outlets throughout my home. I contacted Tony from Diamond Elec the evening prior and explained my problem, he told me that he could stop by the following day at 11 AM. Tony was true to his word and arrived on time. He was very diligent in locating the source of my electrical problems and once identified made the repairs timely. Tony was very professional and did not mind me watching him work. I was so impressed with not only the quality of work but also that he scheduled me the following day and that he arrived when he said he would that I contracted him to do additional work.

Smooth. Easy to get an appointment; was actually available sooner than I was ready for him so picked a later date. Showed up on time (maybe even 5 minutes early) for scheduled appointment. Sized up and completed the work quickly. Everything seems right. No issues so far. Price? not sure...haven't used an electrician for a while. I'd say reasonable, but not cheap. Might've saved a few dollars elsewhere, but probably wouldn't bother now. Would use again.

We contacted Diamond Electrical and spoke with Tony. He was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Tony was prompt and very professional throughout the visit. Tony immediately saw that the incorrect wiring was done with our dryer breaker and that our dryer was not properly grounded. Tony replaced the breaker and corrected the outlet to ground the dryer correctly. He was terrific at explaining everything ! We will contact Diamond Electrical for all of our future electrical needs. I highly recommend them!

They came out a few times throughout November and December of last year. We found them on Angie's List originally. They were very polite and explained everything thoroughly. They were very professional. They just did a lot of great work and worked really hard. I really liked the owner Tony Agugliaro. I found it very easy to work with him. The job went very well. He would call me if he was going to be late. He never left me hanging and always showed up. I didn't have to worry that he was just not going to show up. He would call even if he was going to be half an hour late. That was really appreciated and I think it helped the whole project go fortunately. The price may have been slightly higher, but it was still in the ballpark of where the others were.

We were installing a heated floor and had initially reached out to some other electricians (other than Diamond) that I found thru references. Unfortunately, no one seemed to provide the knowledge and comfort we wanted. At that point I found Tony on Angie's list and reached out to him. He prompltly stopped by and gave me an estimate. He was very professional, confident and seemed to know his stuff very well. He was also willing to work with the other vendors involved. He needed a one week notice to schedule, came down, completed the work in a few hours, cleaned up, explained me the various things and that was it. It was a very good experience over all.

Was able to get an appointment within a few days and he arrived early for appt - which I thought was was a good sign. Given age of my light fixtures (circa 1990), he was going to research options - whether parts still available, or if necessary to replace multiple lights in order to maintain appearance. I never heard back. When I called 3+ weeks later, he explained he never heard back from who he was getting parts/quotes from, and mentioned he should have followed up. Granted it's a small job, but that's why I signed up for Angie's List - to see other local experiences While I'd rate the initial appointment.visit an A, never received any other communication so I split difference with a rating of C

The job went perfectly and quickly. We lucked out that no holes were made in the ceiling that had to be patched. They didn't seem to mind that I watched. We even had a few laughs while they worked. This is the second time I used them. I don't give anyone a second opportunity unless I am fully satisfied the first time.

Tony was very fast with the estimate. He actually did the job the next day. It only took a three hours (less time than he thought). They were punctual, professional, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. They even knocked down some bug nests while up on the extension ladder. I've got another job for them installing recessed lights in the kitchen.
