It was better than my wife & I expected. He did everything he promised at the time he promised, and at the cost.No wonder he get such high Angie's list ratings!!

I called this electrician because he has excellent reviews as well as a review from a costumer within 5 miles of my location. He picked up the phone right away. But he said I lived to far away, about 24 miles and that was out of his range... I think this is reasonable but why does the name of this co. pops up when I type in my location??? Please remove from list?!

There was no power to outside outlets. Called an electrical company. They came and gave me an estimate that was ridiculously high. Did not give them the work. Decided to join Angie's list. That took only 10 minutes. Right away I checked the electrical contractors. Found out that Diamond Electrical Services had a good rating. The call was answered by Tony. He gave me his estimate over the phone. It was one third what the other company had quoted. Tony came within an hour. He was very professional and completed the work. Finally i have found an electrical contractor for life! By the way, I later found that the original company that I called is rated C on the Angie's list.

As above; I called, Tony came. I was able to describe the job on the phone (split a circuit wired for 208/220v out to 2 x 110v ciruits) so he knew it wouldn't take long. He fit me into his schedule quickly. While there he found some other issues and repaired them on the spot. (It's an older house; the electrical system is, ahhh...let's call it "interesting"...). Also provided an estimate for some other problems he saw that weren't quite up to code. Will be calling for him to do that work and more this spring.

I called Tony on 4/12/12 and advised him the breaker box for the second floor apartment was "humming." He was willing to come that night to take a look but I was not going to be home. He was there the following evening, 4/13/12. He advised me the box should be replaced, which I had a feeling it would have to be. He came the following morning with Joe who would be working with him. He replaced the box, hung the light and was done before 11am. Tony was/is very professional. The originally price of the work was $835., with a discount due to coupon and signing up to try a new energy supply company,Viridian it brought it down $100. I would have had the work done by him regardless of the discount. I would hire him again and would recommend him to my friends and neighbor. So glad I joined Angies List!!

It went great overall. The installation went smoothly and their workmanship exceeded my expectations.

When I first read the reviews for Tony I thought "Wow, this is too good to be true." But every good word was true. I have never dealt with a more knowledgable, responsive, and professional person in all my years of home ownership, (36 to be exact.) He lsitened to what I wanted. Explained different scenarios to me and told me where I would be making mistakes without making me feel like an idiot. He also returned every email within hours and showed up on both occasions 10 minutes early. I am doing a full kitchen remodel that also entails removing the 12" soffits. That meant wires had to be recessed into the studs and those not long enough "spliced". Seems not a do it yourself project like I thought it would be. In addition I needed to replace my 20 amp line for my wall oven with a 30 amp line. Move a light switch to a place it wouldn't be covered by new cabinetry. Add two outlets for the additional counter space I will have, and my favorite is the new recessed lighting. I had my own ideas about where they should go and Tony shared other ideas. In the end he was right. I also couldn't decide on the type bulb to use. I like full spectrum bulbs. Seems halogen are more popular. So Tony actually went out and bought both for me to compare. His pricing is fair. He even fixed a wiring problem my husband created for no additional charge. And he cleaned up all debris and dust. I recommend him for all electrical needs. Oh, and one more thing that makes all the difference in my book... he's patient!

I called Diamond Electrical Services after locating the company on Angie's List. In mid January 2012 I called the company and left a vocie mail message. One day later, I received a call back, I stated what I wanted and why, and we set up an appointment to complete the work. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and they cleaned up any debris.

Called in the AM. Tony was here in the afternoon. Fast, efficient, helpful.

I asked for estimates from three different electricians, two from Angie's list. The estimates were amazingly close, all within $100 of each other. I chose Diamond Electric and was well satisfied. Tony Agugliaro (the proprietor) said work would begin at 8am on Saturday and would be completed by 4pm. Tony, assisted by a crew of four, turned up on time, and all was finished by 3:30pm, half an hour ahead of schedule. The work was excellent. Tony was very good about aftercare, and advised on several issues.

I was very pleased with my experiences with Diamond Electrical Services. His office and treatments are very affective. His practice is a good family dentist. I will continue to use him.

My husband and I just bought our first home, and needed a few electrical things looked at. (switched polarity, checking old electric lines, etc). We also needed labels on every circuit for the entire home. Tony came out and and gave us a great estimate. He was honest and professional. We called him and set up an appointment to have the work completed. Tony showed up on time, and worked very quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied with his work, and are excited to have an electrician we will be calling for all our needs!

Working out a time to get the job done, took some back and forth, again Tony was great, very professional, on top of things, and promptly answered my emails. The work was done on time, and the my basement was left the way he found it. I waited with this report till after my town inspected the job, Tony's work passed with flying colors, thank you for a job well done.

THE INSTALL WENT VERY WELL FROM START TO FINISH. THE SWITCH WAS TESTED & EXPLAINED TO MY WIFE & MYSELF AS THEY TESTED IT. WHEN FINISHED THEY CLEANED UP LEVING NO MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP.WE WOULD USE DIAMOND ELECTRIC AGAIN.

Tom returned my call the same day I called him. He was able to come to my home before his scheduled appointment. He did a good job . He gave me good advice about changing my florescent bulbs.

It went great. They came right when they said they would and installed it perfectly in just a few hours. Experience was outstanding and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I left a phone message for Tony after seeing his high rating on Angie's List. He promptly phoned me back. I emailed him several photos of the damage and he promptly emailed me with the cost to do the repair. Very accomodating in making an appointment convenient for me. He also gave me two estimates for some jobs I'm planning for in the future. Because I considered the work an urgency, I did not "shop price" and was most concernined with having a quality job performed asap. Tony did that. I do not know if the price paid was reasonable or unreasonable. Tony arrived a bit early. Very friendly, professional, neat, good clean-up. Tony was unaware I was an Angie's list subscriber until the job was completed. I was able to submit a claim under my homeowner's policy, so the job cost me my policy's $500 deductible. .

He diagnosed the problem quickly. Went fine.

I would definitely use Diamond Electric again. Tony is prompt, courteous and professional. Thank you for a great experience.

I did not hire Diamond because I felt the quote was a bit high for the work requested; I went with someone else who provided an estimate more in-line with my expectations. However, I would certainly call Diamond again if I was dealing with an emergency situation that required immediate attention.

I called Diamond electric in the afternoon and they arrived within a few hours the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. In addition to the outside GFI outlets being defective, it turns out that they were wired to a switch located in an inside closet that had been removed. Someone else might have spent hours tying to figure this out, but Diamond deduced it within minutes. He had the parts on the truck to replace the GFI's and the switch. I watched him the whole time and he was extremely professional, checking and double checking his work the whole way through.

I called Tony around 8am because the night before our DIY electrical work was having some problems and we needed some professional help. He was able to come over around 6:30pm the same day. He reviewed the switch, made the corrections and let me know how to finish my DIY job correctly. I also asked about pricing to replace the light above my kitchen table and he was able to do the work right then and there. This is the second time I have used Tony and I am very pleased with his work. He is super friendly and quick with the work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The entire experience went well. The owner Tony and his associate are professional, courteous and prompt. We have used Diamond electric before and were very happy with their work.

He arrived as scheduled, was friendly and courteous, and left everything clean. He also called back to see if all things were working properly. He was flexible in timing and very thorough. Checked inside and outside wires. Analyzed the circuit breaker. Gave me estimate and it was reasonable. He was very efficient.
