Before he came, he walked me through some things I could do to check the problem because he thought it could be a simple solution. He didn't take advantage of the situation; he helped me and saved me money.

It turned out fine and everything works fine.

We have light switches at the top and bottom of the hall stairs, and at one point the switch at the top was not working properly. Apparently there was something wrong with the way the switches were wired, because by the time Tony arrived the top switch was working just fine, but the switch at the bottom was not turning on the lights. Tony arrived at exactly 8:30 AM, just as he said he would, diagnosed the problem in the first 5 minutes, and completed the repair.It is usually difficult to have someone come out to fix these minor things, but unfortunately even the minor electrical issues can impact how we plan out a busy morning. Tony returned my original call within a day, and we made arrangements for a convenient appointment time. It will be so much better not to have to use a flashlight to go up and down the stairs!

I needed electrical work done on my new home before moving in. I called Tony and he stopped by and provided me with a quote for the work. We scheduled the work for one week later. Tony and his crew were on time (actually, they arrived at my home before I did!). Tony and his crew did a great job - all lighting fixtures look great and I love my new ceiling fan with the remote - very cool. He also replaced all outlets in the home (total of 28). Tony also noticed there was a light installed in my garage that was improperly wired, which was a potential safety issue, so he disconnected for me. He also installed an outlet for the garage door opener. All work was completed in one day, and they left my home very neat. Tony is great to deal with, and I feel his prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use Diamond Electrical for future jobs.

He estimated he'd be about 5 hours, but he and his worker were so efficient they were done in under 4!He arrived exactly when he said he would, worked non stop til the job was done (I don't even recall a water break!), and did a fabulous job. He is also meticulous, a perfectionist, and cleans up completely. He vacuums better than I do. I will continue to use Diamond Electrical Services forever! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The owner of Diamond Electric was great. I like that he responded right away. My wife liked the way he presented himself his work and his assistant. So many times we have had laborors into our house only to have them curse each other or anything else the can think of forgetting that they represent the company they work for. It is rare that those companies ever work in my house again. I would call Tony in a heartbeat for any services he offered. He replaced my faulty circuit panel right then and there. No waiting. Tony and his crew did a fantastic job. Tony was very informative, patient, and responsive through out the entire decision process and made sure i was happy with the products and services selected. On the day of service Tony and his crew arrived on time, and completed the entire project on time with minimal cuts in our wall and maximum attention to detail. I am very pleased with Tony and will definitely recommend and use him for future services.

It went well. Tony is a nice conscientious (sp?) electrician. He, without my asking, took the time to read the request for fixes that the buyer asked for as it related to electrical stuff. (I sold my house so certain things had to be repaired). He came on time, was polite and got everything done. My house passed the certificate of occupancy inspection so everything worked out.

While planning to do major work in my house I joined Angie"s list and seen the number of reviews for Diamond. After reading them I called. I told Anthony what work I was looking to have done and we set a time for him to come over and give me an estimated. Anthony was on time and after we walked the space, he told me that he will send me a quote by email around 3 o'clock that day. At 3:05 I received his email with a follow up text. After I reviewed the quote, I called him and went over the work and numbers which I agreed to. This was a phase project which he had to work around my schedule and return to my house 3 times. Each time he showed up right at the time that he said he would be there. On the 2nd phase, I called him about 5 PM and asked him if he could be there the next day, which he did. Each time he was there, he was great to work with and him and his crew was very careful and very clear (wish some of the other contractors were half as clean). When it was all over with we were very happy with his work. There is a reason Anthony has 80+ outstanding reviews, he is the real deal. He is the person that I will be calling when I have any work to do in my house. I told my brother and a number of friends about Diamond and my brother already had Anthony do some work in his house. Anthony, thanks again.

Tony responded promptly to my call, set an appointment time to review my options. He showed up a few minutes early (he had even called to see if he could come earlier!) and reviewed the situation. He was able to swap out the motor without having to cut the ceiling and was in and out in less than an hour.He was incredibly professional, cleaned up after himself and I am thrilled.

This was one of those projects that should have been done years ago, but like so many, we waited until time to sell the house! With one day notice, on a Saturday, they installed an electric outlet in my garage for a new garage door opener (which Sears was going to install on Monday). The price doesn't seem too high when you consider the quick response and the fact that they were able to come on the weekend. They were punctual, got right down to getting the job done. They also filled out the paperwork for the town permit. I would certainly recommend them.

We had opened our inground pool on Tuesday & soon found out our outlet in the pool area wasn't working. We need it to plug in the filter. Came inside and went straight to Angie's List for a recommendation. Wrote down the names and numbers of 2 different companies with A ratings, planning to call first thing in the morning. I got lucky with Diamond Electrical Services. Tony answered on 2nd ring. I explained the problem & we set up an appointment for 11:30 that day. He actually showed up early! He changed out the outlet in 15 minutes. I flipped the switch to turn on the pump/filter & discovered the pump had 'bit the dust' over the winter. Ugh! Ever have one of those days? Here's where I got lucky. One of Tony's specialties is working on pools & spas. So instead of me having to run out to buy another pump, haul it home, & call an electrician out again, Tony was able to take my old one away & install a brand new Hayward Super Pump in about an hour. And he didn't cheat me with a huge markup on the price of the pump. I checked online after he had left. Just curious. Very professional. Will definitely call him the next time I need any electrical work done.

This is a great company. Tony was very professional when he came to give us an estimate. He arrived on time the day he was expected and install two lights in our living room. Overall the quality of his work was great and I am very satisfied with the job. I also felt his price was competitive. I will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

i phoned on a tuesday and tony was able to fit me in the next day (wednesday). he ended up having to trace down bad line and get up into a dirty crawl space. He completed the work and was professional. he originally mixed up the day and thought thursday was the apt. He answered the phone promptly both when i called for the apt, and then again when i phoned to confirm i he would be at my home as we discussed. Luckily, we spoke because he had noted down thursday, he immediately changed his direction and made to my home to completethe work. tony delivered good customer service.

Tony gave us a very timely response to our call, and came over that day to check it out, and did the work 2 days later. They arrived 10min early,and finished the job an hour earlier than estimated. They were pleasant and professional, and we will definitely use them again. We have tried several other electricians before now, and have been disappointed. It is such a pleasure to find a good one!

I was very pleased with the level of service provided by Diamond Electrical. Tony was very accomodating in scheduling the time to complete the work and arrived on time. He was professional and efficient in the completion of the installs. He was also very thorough and knowledgeable when answering all my questions in regards to future projects.

Tony and his team were fabulous. They showed up not only on time but 10 minutes early each morning. They were friendly, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They uncovered a number of issues and corrected them, and the bill came in right where they said it would. They are definitely on the top of our list if any additional work is needed.

Tony from Diamond Electrical installed overhead lighting in my townhouse, which was built 20 years ago without overhead lights. He installed recessed lighting on the first floor. This was more difficult since there was no easy access to the ceiling from above. He installed the lights with a minimum of cutting into the drywall. His crew also installed lighting fixtures for the three upstairs bedrooms, which was easier because the ceiling could be accessed from the attic. All fixtures look and work great, the crew was very professional, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Tony came on time and finished when he said he would. The original price quoted was exactly what I paid, except that Tony gave me a $25 discount for an on-line coupon that I did not have. Tony and his crew were very pleasant to deal with. When he gave me the estimate, he explained how much drywall he would have to cut and explained that I would need to arrange to have it repaired and painted and gave me a referral of someone who could do the job for me. In the end, there is only one small hole in the ceiling that needs to be patched. Tony and his crew were great and I would definitely hire them again.

We bought a new dryer. The day the dryer was delivered the installer informed us that our dryer outlet was not adequate. I called Tony. Within an hour he came to our house and put in the appropriate outlet. He did an excellent job. Tony is very friendly and professional. And very importantly, he treated our our home with respect. We certainly would call him again.
