Tony was great. I called him to come out to provide an estimate for a house I was buying. He was punctual and very knowledgable. He provided part of the estimate before he left the house and sent me the remainder later in the day via email. I wound up going back and forth with the sellers with negotiations related to electrical work. (The house had old knob-and-tube wiring that needed to be replaced.) Tony answered all my questions via email even though I hadn't paid him a dime. The sellers wound up hiring their own electrician and they paid for all the work so I didn't have the opportunity to hire Tony. There aren't too many service providers out there who go out of their way to help people but Tony certainly did. I will hire him for future electrical work.

Called Tony on Friday the 28th of September, he answered quickly and asked what service I was looking for, I told him and he said no problem. He then asked what day was good for me. That was great, since I only could be home on the 5th of October. He said how about 8:30 AM, perfect! So, the 5th comes, Tony is right on time, we take a look where he will install the outlet, he explains everything he is going to do, that is another plus. About an hour later, job complete, Tony shows me how to turn the circuit on and off. Clean and fast install, it looks perfect. I can't say enough about Tony; he is a good person, who is willing to help the "average Joe"; that means a lot to me. If you are looking for an electrician with a love for his job, Tony is your guy. I can't say enough good things about him. This is my second time using his services, I know there will be many more and I know who I will call...DIAMOND ELECTRICAL SERVICES!!

He was very responsive, he got back with me immediately. We talked about the price when he came out and I felt like the price was fair. He came exactly when he said he would come and I was pleased with the work he did.

Tony was very professional. He gave us a quote the same day he came out to assess what we wanted. His crew was puctual and did a great job. They gave suggestions and were finished in a day. We will defiinitely be using them to put up our TVs in the near future.Thanks Tony!

The contractor came exactly when he said it would to give an estimate. Later he came exactly when we had scheduled his job. The work was performed seemingly very well and in a professional manner, and they cleaned up afterward very thoroughly. I am very happy with the installation. I would definitely use him again for any additional electrical work that I need done -- so in summary regarding his work and professionalism, he was perfect (all A's).

In and out in a few hours. Even had a choice of colors for the plates. 8C))

We were pleased with our interactions from the start. Tony responded to my voicemail within an hour, and gave clear quotes for two different scenarios (since this condo is 20+ years old, we did not know whether the wiring under the electrical plate would be "ready to go" or need additional work). He gave us his availability, and was able to come out as early as the next day. He and his colleague came out and completed the work professionally and effectively, cleaned up with our dustbuster, and left. They were professional and friendly, no gimmicks, no wasted time. Our fan is working beautifully. He also was patient over the phone, listened to questions and gave thoughtful answers - my husband and I both find this important in any contractor; it meant we understood the best course of action and felt confident that Tony understood what we wanted. This whole thing couldn't have been easier and more straightforward. Excellent!

We called and left a message for Tony and he returned the call within an hour. He came to give us an estimate in another half hour. He knew exactly what had to be replaced and gave us an price of $165. After using the coupon on Angie's List, we saved $25, so the net total was $140. Tony was friendly, professional and very neat. The light now works properly and this was all accomplished within 2 hours of calling him initially. I highly recommend Diamond Electric and would definitely use them again.

When I called Tony, he gave me an accurate picture of his availability and we were able to come up with a mutually available time to replace the fan. That is one of the great things about dealing with Diamond. Everything is straightforward and honest about communication. Tony is on time and prepared to work, always has a plan and is efficient and professional. This is the second time I have called Tony for a relatively small job, and I very much appreciate his taking the time to make us feel important.

Overall it went very well. Tony was very patient with me and all my questions. The box and transfer switch install went smoothly. Both Tony and his helper were very professional and neat. Everything was cleaned up and it passed inspection with no problem. I would definitely recommend Diamond Electric.

Tony showed up promptly and completed the job in a very timely manner. This is the second time we've used Diamond and we once again found Tony to be extremely professional, explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He went above and beyond to upgrade the electrical box, made very clean and minimal openings to run wires into the cabinet, and cleaned up everything perfectly. We're so happy to finally find an electrician this good and trustworthy that we got an estimate for a much larger job and plan to have him back to do it within a couple of months.

He was good at checking things out and and fixed loose wires. The only negative thing was that he said I needed to replace my 2-10 line, which he could do for $1500. Another electrician said this was not needed. He is more expensive than other technicians.

I called the technician and within an 30 minutes he arrived at my residence. I discovered the switch was not working and the first comany I called did not bother to respond. I called Diamond Electrical and the owner answered the call, came out and the work was wonderful.

When I called for an estimate, Tony answered the phone and came over later the same day to give me an estimate. Other electricians I'd called or emailed took days to respond, one doing so only after I complained on Angie's List. I took a few days to get back to Tony, and when I did, he answered the phone again and made an appointment to do the job on the first day that was convenient for me. The team showed up on time, performed the work in exactly the amount of time predicted, even though it was a complicated and difficult job because the previous system was a DIY mess from previous homeowners. The men were careful to limit the mess, cleaned up thoroughly as they went, put all the furniture back in position, and even made sure to be on the lookout for escaping pets without being asked. Part of the job included replacing the drip line coming into the house from outside, which they completed cheerfully even though a huge rainstorm passed through in the middle of the work. When one outside outlet required a new fixture because the old one was improperly installed and dangerous, Tony let me know before going ahead with the replacement. Tony checked out a faulty light and outlet by the pool, which he recommended waiting to replace until next spring rather than plunging ahead with an added expense now when the swimming season is nearly over. When everything was complete, he showed me the new panel and explained which circuits were for what--and he'd labeled them all for me already. Now lights that used to take minutes to come on after being turned on come on right away. I'd use Tony again for sure.

I had nothing but a great experience Diamond, communication was the best part, quick call back, easy to schedule an appointment, my wife and I are very happy with our choice. We had called 5 other electric companies, no one was calling us back, so we joined Angie's List, we are so glad we did!

the overall experience with Diamond Electrical was very positive from estimate to work done. When Tony came to do the job - reviewed what i wanted and had set up a plan for him and his two assistants All parties were very polite, professional, worked cleanly. i did not find anything laying around. I would not hesitate to call them back for any of my electrical problems.

contractor tried to hook up whirlpool tub. Unfortunately motor had a broken part. I called tub mfr and asked them to provide new part. When new part came in, Diamond came back, completed installation at no further charge. Was prompt, pleasnat and did a great job. Will definitely use again. LHH

The excellent reviews proved to be correct. I do not like to play around with electricity and wanted to ensure I got someone I could trust to do the work correctly. I did with Tony. I felt very comfortable at first meeting and was very happy with the end result. Loved that I spoke directly with Tony when I called and that he was the one to actually do the work. Prompt & Reliable - all calls returned quickly. On Time for appointments. Scheduled the work quickly & worked around my schedule. I also added in an extra item at the last minute - not a problem. Would highly recommend.
