My worst experience ever. We finalized the kitchen order for tile, kitchen cabinets, and countertop on June 2020. It is March 2021 and my kitchen is still not finished because of brunswick design, and Oz ( the owner) irresponsibility, lack of professional professionalism and incompetence. I had to get another show room ( Infocus) to get the missing materials so my kitchen will be done by middle of April. It has been ten months since I paid half of my balance and one month since I paid the full balance and my kitchen is still not finished because of the lack of professionalism, irresponsibility, and incompetence of brunswick design in general , and Mr. Oz in particular. If you don’t go through a nightmare don’t do business with brunswick design.
