Description of Work: Everything went beautifully!! Their attention to detail throughout the entire process was impeccable and much appreciated!

Description of Work: I had so many people recommend At Home Recreation. Everything started out fine. The price was good and the salesman was helpful. We told the salesman how they were recommended but we were told not to use the installers that they recommend when you buy a pool. He assured us that all of their installers were reputable. Everything was delivered and we contacted the installer and he seemed very nice. We set up a date for the pool to be installed but he had to cancel because he had a funeral. He made the appointment for a few days later and we've never heard from him since. A few weeks later we went with a different installer and when they opened up a box they saw one of the pieces were missing. When my wife called At Home recreation to let them know the guy n the phone was so rude even the pool installer asked what the guys problem was. I called the next day to speak with the guy and they said they "did not know who it was but the situation would be dealt with" When the installers were finishing putting together the pool they realized that At Home Recreation never delivered our steps. I called them to let them know and they said that they would not have a delivery person in our area for a few weeks so we had to go and pick the up ourselves. I give them a D for recommending bad installers, not delivering all of the parts, and being rude on the phone. |

Description of Work: I purchased an above-ground pool package from them. The showroom is excellent and sales people were friendly and informative. I feel the package price was fair, but some of the add-ons seemed overpriced (safety gate a little overkill for a pool in my opinion, and costly, but then again NJ law is more than happy with this). | |They did not directly perform a service, nor do I think they provide this. Rather, they recommended several local contractors, sand suppliers, electricians to help me get this installed. I used one of the pool installers they recommended and was very happy with the cost, quality, and service.

Description of Work: Had them fix my motor before the holiday weekend. They were able to get it up and running in no time.

Description of Work: We purchased our above ground pool from At Home Recreation in East Brunswick. While they do not perform the pool set up themselves, they do work with/recommend a couple of companies who do it. The pool has been up and running for over a year now, and we continue to be very happy with it. Our sales person, Esteves (sp) recognizes us by name whenever we return to the store for supplies etc, and is very helpful and knowledgeable. The pool quality seems to be good.

Description of Work: I have been using At Home Recreation for pool and spa services from couple of years. The last time I brought some chemicals from them.
