Description of Work: Mold remediation. |Only issue was they didn't make it totally clear that the work did not include replacing the Sheetrock, which had to be done separately.

Description of Work: Came to site. Charged me $175.00 service call to tell me I should pay him $5000.00 to remediate mold problem.

Description of Work: Walk-thru of Hurricane damage to first floor. According to them nothing could be saved and even suggested that the first and second floor needed treatment although there was only 8 inches of water that never made it up the steps.

Description of Work: I called this company to get an opinion of whether my sofa could be remediated, having been subjected to flood damage during the hurricane/storm "Sandy." I was told that it might be possible, but that it most likely would be necessary to also have it reupholstered as well. I immediately lost interest in trying to salvage it based on the cost of testing for mold along with the cost of reupholstering. Needless to say I am most appreciative of the honesty and professionalism I experienced, and I definitely would call on this company again if I had a need for their services.

Description of Work: I had American Mold Solution in because I had obvious mold growing in my basement from a broken pipe a few months earlier. Right from the start I could tell I was dealing with a professional just by the way he was dressed. His apperence was very neat, and he put on shoe covers before walking through my house. After his inspection he left a cell phone number to reach him directly. He spent quite some time looking over the problem and explaining the process of proper mold remediation. After receiving their proposal, I decided to hire them. The work started on the day promised, and George was there to make sure the workers understood exactly what he wanted done. He would periodically stop by and check to make sure everything was going well and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. Overall I am very happy with the work preformed and will be hiring them again as soon as I am ready to refinish the basement.
