John is easy to deal with; always on time and very conscientious. The job that we initially hired him for has revealed a bigger problem. But he dealt with it and fixed it well, which turned out pretty good. It was originally to fix some cracked ceramic tile flooring and a sagging sliding door. But floor turned out to be water/wind-damaged. So, he also had to replace sub-flooring and a few joists/beams.

John was extremely professional, helpful and informative. He always recommended or looked at things that were unrelated to the job. I will definitely work with him in the future and recommend him to others.
