Since Walt was great to work with in the past (silverfish & a bee's nest, both in the attic, in a prior season), of course Walt was our first choice to get rid of some Carpenter Ants. Walt came quite quickly, and just as promised for a fair price, the ants were taken care of, with a guarantee we wouldn't see them again for the next 12 months. Thanks, Walt--we couldn't be happier!

Easy to contact the firm and make arrangements for the appointment. Full disclosure was provided prior to the treatment. The contractor was pleasant, punctual, and informative.

Walter showed up right on time. I pointed out the area I had been advised might have a carpenter ant issue. He examined the area on the outside of the house in the corresponding area in the basement and did not believe I had a problem. He advised me on how to know if I had a real problem and did not charge for the visit.

Walter rid my home of termites years ago and I have not had any since. I have worked with this firm for years and have always been very satisfied. Walter is a terrific guy and very knowledgeable about his craft. He is very responsive and has always been at our house at the day and time he said he was coming. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

We thought we had a rodent problem in our attic, we called the service and they came very next day, and discovered we simply had a bird nest. The exterminator declined to accept payment. This indicates that these fellows do not take advantage of their customers. In an industry which is legendary for customer abuse, and price-gouging, you can trust A-ACC-Q Rate Pest Control.

3-Month Review (Service performed 9/1/16; today is 12/14/16) -- Service performed in East Brunswick, N.J. -- Walter returned my phone call pretty quickly. Very nice guy. He removed a hornets' nest in a gable vent on one side of the attic and sprayed on the other side to exterminate silverfish. Before leaving, he also hung something extra from the attic rafters to prevent additional future infestations. After spraying, there was only 1 silverfish sighting (possibly trying to escape the fate of the others), but it ended quickly after then, and I haven't noticed any silverfish the following 3 months afterward. Therefore, I certainly recommend Walter (A-ACC-Q) and I would certainly call him back for any future extermination needs.

Excellent as usual. We've been using Walter for ages and are extremely happy with his professionalism and service. He is extremely honest--never and quot;sellingand quot; a treatment that's not needed. And with our and quot;quarterlyand quot; treatments he will come back free of charge in the event inspects appear between applications. I highly, highly recommend him!

Walt is the best! I hired him to help my parents as i am too far away to do so. He was wonderful and made my parents feel so much better about the ordeal. He charged one-tenth as much as the others who wanted thousands of dollars for the same job. He promised he would return for free if the bed bugs returned, and he did just that. He also sprayed for sand fleas and my parents haven't had a problem since! He made me feel so much better knowing he is there to take care of my parents when they need him. I highly recommend him.

They arrived when they said they would, communicated thoroughly and clearly about the pesticide they needed to use and why it was necessary, and about precautions for my young child. My son and I went to a park to minimize his exposure to the chemicals, and when we got home, the hive was removed. Over the next couple of days, as the extrerminators predicted we would, we occasionally found dead wasps in our yard. The wasps haven't returned.

Walt(the owner) showed up on time, treated the problem areas and was very professional. He stated if the problem was not resolved he would come back to retreat the areas.Fortunately it appears the ant problem has been resolved. I think the price was reasonable and I would use him again.

They were very good and I really like them. I think the price was very reasonable, he was knowledgeable, and he took his time with the house. I will have him come back again.

On time, seemed thorough, ants gone. Not the cheapest estimate, but showed up on time, and very friendly and courteous. Would use again.

Walter is very nice. I think he provided excellent personal service, additionally I mentioned to him that my parents were going to have to spray for termites in order to sell their house. He offered to go over and give them a price. Very nice man. He gave me 3 tips to prevent mice or whatever from coming into the house. They were putting up proper coverage on dryer vent/air conditioning unit (he was able to get his finger in). He advised chore boy stainless or copper to fill in and to fix my bilco doors that have tiny holes in it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY. THE PRICE IS ALSO VERY FAIR. THEY WERE OUT IN AN HOUR, SO THEY ARE ALSO VERY QUICK. THEY ALSO COME OUT WHENEVER I WANT THEM TO.
