 + -1 moreStill waiting for the heater to be fixed and the pipes to be replaced.
Description of Work: Schedule early pool opening end of April for daughters party mid-May. Provider showed up on Friday as scheduled May 1st after April apt was rescheduled due to rain. h He turned on filter, put eyeballs in and threw in some chlorine. He told me he would be back on the followingTuesday but did not show up until 2 weeks later after numerous phone calls to finish up. There are 3 known holes in pipes and heater that is not working. We were told he turned the heater on and it was running. He said he saw the holes and would fix the pipes when he came back. It is now 2 days before Memorial Day and now we are being told he will get here when he gets here! Very poor customer service. At this point this provider has not completed their job, they are not timely, they left work unfinished so at this point it is not clear what I paid $300 for. We took the pool cover off before he came as this was our first year with the pool and were anxious to get it open for the kids! So much for planning ahead. Very unreliable!

 + -1 morePricey but worth it not to have to argue with hubby while getting cover on or worry about having broken pipes from not doing it right.
Description of Work: Closed my inground pool. Blew out all lines and put cover on.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE AND VERY FUN TO WORK WITH. THE PRICES WERE NOT TOO BAD OVERALL. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, BUT ACTUALLY, THE COST OF THE POOL WAS LESS THEN WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. SO WE WERE PRETTY HAPPY.
