Everything was fine with no issues

William helped me with variety of interior painting and drywall repair. Best part of the experience is that he is reliable, a good communicator, and provided reasonable & objective advice. Some of William's individual helpers are of varying quality but if William supervises the work the attention to detail is high and results are excellent. We trusted William to work in our home while we were away and he oversaw the property responsibly and worked quickly and on schedule. Knowledgable and takes pride in his work, will consult again.

New Generation Paint company/William and his crew spent 3.5 days doing this job. In the first day, I witnessed that they prepared walls very well, spackling at least 50% of the walls to even out the surface and caulking finish nail holes on all trim and room crown. The next day, I came back and it appeared that that they sanded and painted very well on the 2nd and 3rd day. The paint job turned out with very smooth walls, 95% of the lines were perfect, e.g., the lines between the white trim and the wall color, the lines between bathroom tile and wall. I found only a couple lines uneven, and he had no problem correcting it in the last day. William and his crew are very professional, have very good painting expertise, and are pleasant to work with. I would hire again instantly. The price was worth it because now the walls are smooth and perfect and do not need to be corrected after this, and now after this, I expect to spend only 100 per room for standard painters to touch it up once a year or whenever I want it touched up. I am hoping New Generation Paint company can do this maintenance at this fee.. as I would like to hire them again for all types of painting that I need.

The exterior of our home has wood sidings and it needed painting. Having had a positive experience with Mr William Sanabria of New Generation Painting when we painted the entire interior of our home 2 years ago, we naturally went back to him with no second thoughts. He had told us that once the old paint was stripped he would inspect the wood sidings to give us an estimate for how much it would cost to replace all the rotten wood. I am glad to say that Mr Sanabria delivered on both his estimates of money and time duration of the job. The work proceeded smoothly under Mr Sanabria’s supervision. The crew arrived promptly everyday, asked us to provide inputs on what they were doing and whether we liked their work or whether we had any questions that needed to be answered. They were genuinely committed to providing customer satisfaction. The crew also promptly cleaned up everyday after work, and did all the walk-throughs as required. New Generation Painting has grown in the last two years from when we first met Mr William Sanabria. It has gone from having 2 employees to 14. Mr Sanabria does more supervisory jobs now. He has communicated effectively to his crew how important it is for him that they always entertain doubts and questions, deliver quality and pay attention to details. And he visits job locations on a daily basis to make sure that no corners are cut. When something is not acceptable to him, he makes the crew go over it again. And like before, we could always go back to him with questions if needed because, as he puts it, “we are his eyes on the site of work.”

We felt we had proved ourselves right in selecting Mr William. He was here at work every day at the time he mentioned, and completed the entire project within the time he had estimated for it. Except on one day when the kitchen / dining area that he was working on warranted the need for extra hands to finish that chunk of job by the end of the day, he always worked as a team of two members. This made it easy for us to continue our routines in our home while they worked - something that could not have been achieved if a team of 4-5 painters came home and started working simultaneously in different rooms of the home. Mr William was always cheerful about his work, and welcomed any feedback or questions. His team was thorough about preparing the room by laying out the construction paper or covering up the fixtures in plastic sheets; and also about leaving the work area clean at the end of the day, every day. He was also able to cover the project cost as per his initial estimates. At the time of the walk-through after the painting was done, we discovered a wall that had developed air bubbles in the spackle used for skim coating. Mr William acknowledged the defect, and came back promptly to fix the wall at no extra cost to us. We are completely satisfied with the work, and with the ethics of Mr William. We wish him all the best in the future for growing his company. And we look forward to working with him again when the opportunity for work presents itself.

He was excellent. I've not had such a good painter, ever. They were on time and immaculately dressed. At the end of the day, you wouldn't have even known that they were here. I really liked how responsive they were to any requests that we had. They are a top quality company. I've even recommended them to my friends, something I don't typically do unless the provider is outstanding.

William and his crew were very prompt and professional. They worked from 8am to 6pm. William paid great attention to detail and asked if I had any questions daily. We sampled several paints before we decided on the paint color that I was pleased with. I was very comfortable with William and his crew in my household on a daily basis. It was obvious that he took great pride in his work and was not going to settle for less than his best.

This is the second time we used New Generation Painting and William is extremely professional and dedicated which is why we used him again. The first time we used his services he painted our entire living room, entry way and upstairs hallway to the second floor. Additionally, he repaired the ceiling in the master bedroom as the tape was displaced from the tray ceiling. He does a phenomenal job preparing the area so that the mess is contained. He was very careful and respectful of our home and takes great pride in doing a good job, which he did. This second job was done extremely well also. He demolished the existing ceiling in our family room and installed a new one along with woodworking/trim. He also painted the family room including a white wash of our entire stone wall where the fireplace is. We highly recommend William and New Generation Painting due to their exceptional work and professionalism.

The workers were extremely professional, polite and punctual. They carefully protected shrubs, deck floors and ground with drop cloths and heavy plastic. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each day. The owner called during and after the work to ask if I was happy with the work and personally came over to inspect the finished job. He found a section not up to his standards and sent his men back the next day to re-do that section. I would definitely use them again for my next paint job and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We had it done in late spring, so weather often messed up the schedule. They did an excellent job making the house look new again and correcting a slew of problems from prior bad paint jobs from other vendors over the decades.? He replaced bad shingles and trim pieces where needed, covered the house and grounds to protect it, cleaned up completely every single day, and even did a few extra things like an outside bench for no extra charge.?? He asks everyday if you have any problems with the work and will correct anything you aren't 100% happy with.? We couldn't be happier with the work they have done, his positive attitude, and the fantastic communication. We have since hired him to repair a crack and repaint our vaulted ceilings in the Great Room.? William does perfect work. When prepping, he made our imperfect walls 100% blemish-free before painting. He sealed our loose crown molding perfectly before painting that. The painting is really high quality. The walls are just beautifully painted with precision. This is our 2nd time using this company. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
