Great price, professional job.

Very unprofessional. It appeared that he did not want to do the job from get go. He just walked out when I was asking him more question about the work what he was not willing to answer. Terrible Attitude.

customer did not follow instructructions

We started the arrangement in late October. We called, emailed, and texted them upon the sale of the house in December, asking for the bill so we could pay it. We received dead silence despite multiple attempts. Even though it was the end of the season and the grass wasn't really growing, they claimed they mowed twice but could not provide proof or snapshots even though they agreed to it in the contract. When they did finally send the bill, 2-1/2 months later (after finally getting a reply), it was marked past due and failure to pay would result in a collection action!?!?!?!? It also seemed that they didn't understand basic requests. There was clearly a language barrier. We paid 1 of the two mowings even though we were never given the photos. Their communication, customer service, accountability, and reliability was horrible.

Poor communication with customer. We requested photos of work that was done due to we moved out of state and our lawn needed to be kept up during the time our house was listed for sale. We never received photos although Sarah claimed they sent photos.

Have used M & L Hector's Lawncare for at least three years. Never a problem. Regularly scheduled appointments always met. Will perform other jobs when requested. Always friendly and professional. His crew is also very friendly and professional.

I needed someone to dig up and haul away the grass/soil to make my garden area look professionally done. Mission was accomplished. I have a buddy who does tree service so I'll get my wood chips delivered soon so I can mulch the newly created beds.

this review is for the last service he provided of weed removal and maintenance for a big back yard and front yard. overall review for multiple services provided: Hector was prompt, professional and honest. everything went as planned and done sooner than expected. He came in last fall and installed a sprinkler system (at a great price) then re seeded the front and back yard. He's been hired by us since to come in and remove weeds and give our yard that extra tlc when we can't get to it. He staff comes in and does it all so quick and professionally. We've also have given our neighbors his card when we are asked how do we get our grass so green.
