Description of Work: Never gave me proposal or quote for work to be done. Rep went on vacation. No one else followed up. After Rep came back, 3-4 weeks of no return calls. Stopped calling. Do they not want business?

Description of Work: We used Ellie who helped us pick out tile for 3 bathroom renovations and a kitchen reno. She was very helpful, and the quality of tiles are excellent. We get tons of compliments from visitors.

+ 0 moreWe went to the store on a Sunday, the designer knew exactly what we were looking for based on a picture we had provided. She put together the tile, accent tiles, and design within a half hour. The next day we finalized the contract, two days later they measured, and a week later the work was done. We felt the price was reasonable for the sq footage we had, design and work involved (cutting tile to fit around 10 outlets), and the quality of the product.The installer was with us for two days, did an excellent job and was so quiet we forgot he was there.
Description of Work: Ideal Tile of Greenbrook installed a backsplash in our kitchen. It was approximately 50 sq feet of diagonal 4x4 tiles with occasional 4 piece mosaic square accents and a square design over the range.

+ -1 moreI WAS PLEASED WITH THERE SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH THERE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE OTHERS, I'M STILL PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY CAME AND LEFT IN A TIMELY MATTER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES.
Description of Work: THEY PUT NEW TILES IN THE KITCHEN, DINING ROOM AND THE FOYER.
