Description of Work: John came and gave an estimate for re caulking of 2 bathrooms and replacing of 4 bathroom tiles. He was punctual and detailed in his explanation which my wife liked. It took him a couple of days to get me the quote, slightly longer then what he had indicated. I did not think too much about it. I thought his price was a little high but did not mind because I wanted someone whom I thought can do a good job. | |After getting the quote, I spoke to John to arrange a time to get started on the work. He said I needed to get the tiles before we could start. I went and searched for the tiles to replace and paid extra to get the tiles delivered so that he could get started ASAP. | |I had to go away for a week after I got the tiles and he said it was better that we started after I got back. So I said ok, didn't want him to start and not be able to finish. While I was away, I emailed him to confirm a start date. He replied that he had to go away unexpectedly the same week I was out. I emailed him again to propose a start date. No reply. | |About a week, after I got back, still no reply, so I called him to ask if he was interested in doing the job. He says yes and apologized as he had to be away for a family emergency. When I tried to propose a start date again, he said he needed to check the date I proposed and he will get back to me. Needless to say he never got back to me. | |Looking at commentaries on Vitacco tiles, it were mostly positive. There was one when John claimed to have been away for an emergency as well. I do not know if it was a true emergency in my case but even after he came back, he still did not respond. What a waste of my time. | |Approximate cost of service was $880.00.

Description of Work: Replaced tile in our shower. -Went well

Description of Work: Came promptly to give estimate, seemed very knowledgeable and nice. Took a long time to actually get estimate, 10 days and that was after I called. I thought he was pricey. Had he responded sooner I might have used him. He was retiling my kitchen and entrance hall about 330 sq. ft.

Description of Work: Removed old shower, replaced wall, and built new wall and shower. Very happy with work. Excellent job!!!!
