+ -1 moreMr. Fontaine offered to complete the work we needed. He got the job by undercutting other estimates in price, start time, and time to completion. A contract was signed and faxed. Once this happened, the contractor never showed up and never answered phone calls or voicemails. After a few days, we were forced to find another contractor. This held up our entire project. The behavior exhibited by this contractor was very unproffessional.
Description of Work: Mr. Fontaine was hired to remodel a bedroom and living room in our home.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was quick and professional, using a laser beam to get the room sizes. We had agreed upon a date but they were a bit backlogged so they postponed by a day and then we had to postpone by another day. But, in the end, they were done before we left to go out of town. They covered furniture and carpets and skim coated. I have to admit the dust from the skim coating was a bit much so we stayed in a hotel for a few nights. The crew was warm and friendly and did a beautiful job. I trusted them with the keys to the house and felt completely at ease doing so. My walls and ceilings which were cracked in a number of places look like new and the paint job is lovely.
Description of Work: Steve first came and gave an estimate. When we agreed upon a price and a date, his crew did every room in our four bedroom cape cod house - living room, kitchen, breakfast room, halls and moldings. They first skim coated the walls and ceilings, filled in cracks, and then painted.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD AND ALSO TO THE CHANGES THAT I WANTED TO MAKE.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED ALL OF OUR OLD WALLPAPER AND THEN PAINTED FOUR ROOMS OF OUR HOME.
