+ -1 moreMy daughter broke her iPhone 5, shattered the glass. I called and was told they could fix it. The were fast and had it back in short order. One week later, while the phone was in a lifeproof case, my daughter pressed on the home button and the glass shattered. We brought it in and barely looking at the phone they say this was incidental damage and they don't cover it, SORRY! They seem have the skill to repair but they don't stand by their warranty and it appears they use substandard replacement glass and consider everything incidental damage. Don't waste your money here. The owner at NO time offered a discount, and when he says that he is not telling the truth.
