Dave came when he said he would, was very professional, did the work required quickly and efficiently and left our laundry room without a trace. I was very happy and would gladly have him back should anything else break

Dave was exceptional to work with, and we will definitely use him again should we need to for any other appliance work in the future. He showed up when he said he would, which was the same day we called, and this was during the coronavirus shut down. He was able to fix our issue, which even involved him having to drive over to get a new part from a warehouse in Saddle Brook. He was knowledgable, very personable, and professional.

Dave is fantastic. Even during the coronavirus pandemic he came out, with gloves and a mask, to repair my dryer a week before Passover. He came out 20 minutes after I called, and replaced my dryer motor on the spot for a very reasonable price. My dryer is like new for less than half the price of a new one! I can’t recommend Dave highly enough.

Dave responded to my call quickly and after speaking with him, he checked on some parts and called back telling me that one was no longer available and that the other - the computer- costs $600 - and that it may or may not fix the problem. I decided at that point that it would be better to buy a new fridge - but I appreciate his honesty and the time he took with me to help me make this decision - I will certainly call him in the future to do any work I need.

Great. Dave returned our call quickly and was over the next day. Fridge needed to be replaced, he measured ours for us and told us what we need to get (our fridge is in a tight space so the size had to be just right) Very kind, responsive, knows his stuff and we will call him in the future!! Not like those large appliance companies who make you wait a week for repair and charge you a ridiculous amount of money just to assess the situation. We're excited to have met Dave.

Everything went fine, the issue was promptly resolved at a reasonable price. This is the second time I've used Dave. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Dave checked everything that could go wrong with the dryer, including having to take it apart and check all connections. When he finished, he attempted to operate the appliance, and it worked. As much as neither of us could figure out what happened, my wife and I were just happy we did not need to buy a new appliance.

Dave was wonderful was able to confirm by phone our fears that our dishwasher had to be replaced were correct. Others would have charged me the $100 service call and then told me the same. I saved his number and will definitely call him again!

Amazing. Dave arranged to come the day we called within less than two hours of my call. He was on time, contacted us shortly before he arrived to confirm. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem, both by sound and by visually examining various parts of the dishwasher. He discovered that our dishwasher's pump was clogged with debris, and he very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned it out. His work was efficient and effective, and now, the problem is completely resolved. Not only did he fix the dishwasher, but he gave us very helpful tips on how to maintain it. We are very grateful for Dave's work, which saved us not only from having to replace our otherwise perfectly good older dishwasher, but also from having to purchase a new and inferior unit manufactured recently, which would, no doubt, cause us grief.

Dave needs to update his payment practice. Not accepting other forms of payment (e.g., credit cards, e-checks) will limit his customer base.
