Dave showed up within 1/2 hour and did repair immediately. Couldn't have been any better.

He had a cancellation and came immediately. Fixed the machine but said it was a computer problem and it might go again. If it did, call him, he'd quite over the phone. It did, I called and he told me to buy a new machine, the repair would cost nearly as much.

All machines serviced were none operable thereafter. They all developed problems until they were no longer usable.

Dave knew what to do, immediately assessed the problem and fixed the problem. He told me the problem was with the door and gave advice on how to fix it.

He took a look at the washer and dryer and fixed the dryer and told my husband how to fix the washer and saved us money. He was in and out in about 1/2 hour.

Dave did what was prudent to reduce the noise. He advised the more extensile needed were not cost effective and recommended that we replace the machine.

Great, called me back right away and came to my house the same day!

Dave said it was too costly to fix and made brand recommendations to replace it when the noise becomes too much. The noise is worn bearings in the main motor which will eventually seize up.

Fixed the problem and spotted and fixed another problem with the burner that seems to have been related to a gas leak/smell I had noticed earlier.

Even though it was just a phone call, Dave was professional, courteous , friendly and prompt!!!

Dave is one of the best! He was able to provide same day service. Honest, knowledgable, reasonable, fixed the heating coils and did some troubleshooting. He thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and saved me from purchasing a new one.

After sending him a picture and talking through the need, Dave was willing to come out and take care of it for me, but suggested I might be able to do this myself. He gave me the information I needed and I am about to undertake the minor repair on my own. I did promise to call if I got into trouble, so far no need to call. I am beyond impressed by his professionalism and straight forward approach.

He fixed the problem and did a general check of the machine.

We love our 40 year old Hotpoint dryer. Dave used ingenuity to adapt a new-style readily available igniter to replace the older, hard to find one. He patiently worked around some of the amateurish wiring that I had done myself over the past 40 years. Dave charged the price that he quoted up-front, even though the job had unexpected difficulties with adapting the part and with the wiring. BOTTOM LINE: Dave was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. Would definitely hire again.

I told him the model over the phone and Dave arrived with the part in hand. He showed up on time and fixed the dryer quickly.

He changed the part that needed replacement and the cost was what he said it would be when I spoke to him on the phone. The repair was made a couple years ago and the dryer is still working fine. In addition, when he was repairing the dryer he noticed the handle was broken on the lint cather. He asked me for a wire hanger and made a handle out of the wire. He did not charge for this.

It went great! Dave answered the phone himself when I called for service. He was ultra-professional and even came out to fix my washer the same day that I called! He answered all my questions and was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

He definitely spent sufficient time to really pinpoint the problem.

Great through the first two visits, then not good at all: first visit cost Perhaps $200. Problem fixed with some kind of temperature regulator. Dave said "great machine; could run forever". Second visit: problem had recurred. Dave cleaned out clogged exhaust pipe -- no charge. A week later, same problem. Dave comes promptly, as before. Replaces another part, charge was $150,including to criticize the work of whoever installed "the wrong one" previously. I called him A few days later, of course, same problem. He advises me "probably better to replace the machine... Another repair would be too costly". My wife and I were on the verge of selling the house, and we were obligated to leave a functioning dryer, so we called Sears, who would credit the service call towards a purchase, if needed. They fixed it successfully, charge $125. The technician's comment: the initial part that Dave put in needed a companion component...that is why it failed. So, my take on Dave: Slick guy, talks a good game...but overly expensive and not really helpful. Sears deal is much better, particularly with service call charge deducted from a purchase if appliance not reparable.

Called Dave and explained our problem with our dryer. Talked us through some tests over the phone. Determined that it was the motor and suggested it was not worth our while to repair...Since he does not sell appliances, he also gave us suggestions as to what to purchase! Even called us back to explain how to use the dryer until we purchased a new one. How's that for honest service!

Called Dave on Saturday morning and he gave me an appointment for later in the morning. Dishwasher was diagnosed and repaired. Cost was very reasonable.

Outstanding. The washer needed something replaced in the agitator and then the frige/freezer was accumulating ice. Dave fixed the washer and we filled it and demo'ed the results (that was the noise problem) and the leak I thought was the washer was my sink, so he very nicely showed me the water coming from the sink. Those two issues...solved. -->The frige was leaking water into the bottom (under the produce drawers) and freezing up and my the frost-free freezer has ice accumulation (snow crystals) all over. Dave has advised me to cut the electric (can't pull it out, it's wedged in) and over a 24 hour period, leave all the doors open (with a fan blowing inside and towels to soak up melt) and let any ice behind the walls melt. I thought (as it was fixed once before by a different entity) that it was a broken part.... -->Dave came about 90 minutes after I called; advised me of his schedule (so I knew what jobs were ahead of me); and was reasonable with his charge. OVERALL, VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. :-)

Dave was very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He came the next day, had the part on his truck and got it done. The only problem is the price. He has an $80 service coupon that is used if you get the repair, you don't pay for the service call. However, he charged $425 for the repair. He said it was the "Job cost", as he doesn't do time & material. The pump assembly online at its highest appears to be $130 but he said its not comparable. I was not in a position to shop but it seems like it is extraordinary. I called him afterwards to express concern and he confirmed the Job Rate. It took less than an hour with a (being generous) $200 part???? Not sure how to do the homework as the work is being done. Seems like it is about 25-50% too high but I don't have the evidence. Again, a very nice, professional guy---just expensive.

He was here in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes! Fantastic service.
