Great. Very nice personable guy, gave me some info on a slow drain in my slop sink.

Dave was very professional and on time. He lamented that he could not fix the problem but was still helpful

Dave answered my message at lightening speed and we set up an appointment for the next day. He was prompt and fixed the problem.

Easy fix. Stovetop and oven are now working again.

Found Dave on Angie's list and called when my clothes dryer shut down. He was at my house 15 minutes later, and discovered the venting had been improperly installed. Had everything fixed and good to go within an hour. Price was more than reasonable, especially given the fact that he handled it quicker than any "emergency" call I've ever made to a repairman of any kind. He will absolutely be my first call for any appliance issue from now on.

Our freezer / refrigerator was cycling back and forth from loosing cold to re-cooling. We had to throw out most of the food in the freezer because it had defrosted. I called Dave on Wednesday and he returned the call within 20 minutes. We made an appointment for a service call on the following Thursday between 9 and 10AM. He arrived shortly after 9AM. Dave diagnosed the problem and called me to give me the estimated cost of reapir and ask if I wanted to go ahead with the repair. I said yes and he completed the repair promptly. My wife said he was pleasant and courteous. if we have any appliance problems in the future, we will call Dave.

I called him at 7PM, and he answered the phone! No message! He was in my house the next morning, at the time he said he'd be here! I'm shocked. In and out in a half hour. I'm not used to this... He figured out the problem and solved it in 15 minutes. He cleaned the dryer vent as well. I am very happy with Dave.

my first angie's list experience - after looking up fridge repair dave's name was at the top of the list and close to my house. since it was sunday i called expecting to leave a message - but someone actually answered and took my information and asked if it was an emergency - i informed them it was not - and was told dave would call me back shortly which he did. dave was booked for monday and we made an appointment for 8 am tuesday. dave was extremely punctual and even showed up a little early. he was able to diagnosis the problem quickly - a burnt out computer board. he had the part in his van and made the repair very quickly and neatly. all in all excellent experience - would highly recommend dave! thanks for a job well done man!

I found Dave on Angie's list. I called and left a message. Dave called back promptly, came that day, diagnosed the problem, a burned out fan motor in the freezer, he had the part in the truck and he replaced it. He was very nice, gave some advise, was quick and efficient.

Dave was professional and courteous. He examined the dryer, diagnosed the problem and provided us with options to fix it.

I put a load of laundry to wash. The tub filled as usual, but the wash cycle did not start and the clothes sat in water. I tried everything, including quick fixes found on the internet, but nothing worked. I found Dave through Angie's list and gave him a call. He was at my house 20 minutes later. He found the problem right away, told me the cost up front before any work was done, and got right to the repairs. I was content to let him alone to do the work, but he insisted I stay so he could show me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He explained everything in detail, and was done in about 20 minutes. He is truly "old school" when it comes to courtesy and professionalism, I've never had my machine repaired before, so I can't say knowledgeably whether the price for repair was high or not, but for peace of mind, promptness, courtesy, and a professional attitude I was more than satisfied with the fee and would do it again in a heartbeat. I will definitely call Dave if and when I need an appliance repaired.

I was very satisfied with Dave's work and his knowledge. He explained things about the workings of the fridge and comparisons of the 'old' models to the newer ones. As with most appliances, seems like they used to make them better in the 'olden days'. Hopefully my appliances will work another 25 years, by which time I'll probably be out of this house, but if not I know who to call.

Overall it was a positive experience. And, I would use him in the furure.

Used a Angie's List coupon for free service visit. Dave came immediately. Inspected the machine and told me that I need two parts for about $500 more than the cost of a new machine. Advised me to buy a new machine, told me I needed to pay the service call since he did not perform any work. I opened the machine and cleaned out a small tube leading the pressure sensor. The machine has been working since.

Found Dave through Angie's list. Called and left a message. He return my call promptly. After explaining the problem to him he discussed what could be wrong, possible solutions and his estimate for the repairs. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later based on my schedule limitations, he arrived on time that day, concluded that the problem/repair was what he had suspected over the phone and made the repairs for the cost that he had estimated earlier. The dryer has been working great ever since. A pleasure to deal with.

The job was done at fair price and was on time both trips to my home. No waiting around on this company. Could not be more pleased with Dave's service

Our High Efficiency Washing machine suddenly stopped working. It was just over a year old and out of warranty.We called Dave after seeing all the positive reviews on here. We called him at 8:00 AM and he said he would be here between 10:30 and 1:00. He arrived a little before 11:00 as promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the clutch having come off. He repaired it without having to get a new part and charged, IMHO, a very reasonable fee. He even called the NEXT day to make sure that it was working properly! I will use him again and recommend him highly.

Everything went smoothly and I have not had any trouble since the repair was made.

He tried his best and did a very good job. When he was repairing the machine, he found the manual tucked inside. There was a piece of information missing. He checked on line and returned to try again. He always showed up on time.

My dryer stopped producing any heat and I called Dave. He returned my call within 5 minutes, and came by the same day. He carefully opened up the dryer and proceeded to clean out a crazy amount of lint that had accumulated over the past years by the previous owner. He cleaned everything thoroughly, explained what he was doing and carefully replaced everything he took apart. The dryer functions perfectly now. The fact that he was so easy to get in touch with and so quick to come by was a huge bonus. I will only be using Dave from now on.

He fixed a couple of extra things on my washing machine that he did not quote me in the beginning. He did not change his price.

My mother-in-law had trouble with her dishwasher. It was not draining and there were no obvious indications of what the problem was. We tried all of the suggestions found online for this or similar models of dishwasher, but none worked. We found Dave on Angie's List, my wife called and scheduled a service call for a few days later (based on our scheduled). Dave arrived to my mother-in-law's house, quickly identified the problem as a loose part. He adjusted the part and we were back in business. Excellent job! Thanks!
