Horrible. For weeks they wouldn't return phone calls until we Threatened to sue. Notified better business bureau who said they had so many complaints Against them it was useless. They finally agreed to refund half the money. Cost us half their cost, plus the money we paid to have part repaired (unnecessary) and the oven is still not working. Can't afford new oven so we use toaster oven and microwave. Update - 7/29/13: Oven started working by itself 2 months ago and seems to be fine. We are assumng there was a short someplace. Very glad we didn't invest in a new one. But one would have thought that the professionals would have been able to diagnose this problem. Our main problem with the company was the runaround and lies and unreturned calls that made the experience so frustrating! I would never use them again and strongly recommend against anyone trusting them.
Description of Work: Diagnosed nonworking wall oven. Took out part. Had it sent out. Said it was repaired. Wasn't. Refused to redo. Then they said it was a bad part.

Refrigerator wasn't staying cold and on a Friday night tried to set up a Geek Squad appointment online for a repair service call. Earliest they could come was the following Saturday (over a week) and this was unacceptable. No one at Geek Squad 800# available on Sat or Sun for a appointment so I had to call on Monday. Isn't that special? Anyway after calling Geek Squad for a better than Saturday appt, the girl said earliest we could come out would be Friday LOL Told her still unacceptable and she said they would have to get a third party company to come out. Best Buy called with a service call with Metro Factory Service for the next day from 12-5pm and that Metro would call that evening. They did call with an even earlier service call for between 8 am and 12. Best Buy Geek Squad couldn't come out for a week for a refrigerator service call on a 2 years old fridge that wasn't staying cold. I'm glad I took the 3 year extended warranty. Metro Factory Service, a Best Buy 3rd party repair company came instead. Tony, the service tech showed up early and was great at explaining what the problem was. He fixed it on the spot. Clean and fast and under warranty. Just the way it should be. I was nervous about a "third party repair" since Best Buy Geeks were "too busy" and it's first come first served. maybe they should hire more service tech people. I had to use Metro Factory Service. I'm glad I did!
Description of Work: Condenser coils had frozen up behind the freezer back wall not allowing the fan to push cold air into the upper fridge compartment. Tony removed the panel defrosted the coils, tested a part for performance and put it back together after cleaning the necessary parts. he put everything back together and made sure any water was cleaned up. Tony great service guy!

Horrible and frustrating, see above.
Description of Work: A hose behind our refrigerator split and began to leak causing water damage to the ceiling of our neighbor in the apartment below. I called Jenn-Air and requested repair service. I was told that one of their authorized service companies, Metro Factory Service, was available the next day and that Metro would call to give me a window during which one of their techs would meet me at my apartment. Metro did not call. I called them and they said the scehduling person would get back to me. Again nobody called. I called Metro the next morning and they then told me my window was 12 - 5. Nobody came. I called at 4:30 and was told I was the last appointment and I was assured the tech would be there before 6 pm. Nobody came. I called the next day and Metro replied that the tech's notes stated he had been to my apartment at 5:30. The tech hadn't come. Metro assure me the tech would come that day. I asked for a window but they wouldn't give one. So I had to stay home from work a second full day. I called Metro several times that day, and they repeatedly assured me a tech would come to my apartment. At 5:45 a tech came, spliced the damaged hose and charged me $180.00. We were to receive a bill for services rendered by email the next day, the tech evidently doesnot provide them. We never got our bill. I've lived at this address for over 25 years and this is the worst experience I have had with any repair service. Unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional having no regard for their customers time.

the stove was under warranty. it was a difficult job, they had to order a few parts. they had to come back. i request that they give me a time that i don't lose time from work. they were very nice and worked around my schedule the serviceman was very nice

IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THEM TO COME. WHEN THEY WERE AT MY HOME THEY DID A GOOD QUICK JOB. I FEEL THE PRICE WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
Description of Work: WE HAD A FORK GET STUCK IN OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THEY GOT IT REMOVED AND REPLACED SOME PARTS.
