Estimation process was very professional. A crew of 3 comes out to my home on schedule now and have been doing so for over two months. Cleaning crew is very professional and if you ask them to pay attention to certain areas, they always do in subsequent visits. I highly recommend Happy Home Services if you want detailed and thorough cleaning.

Estimation process was very professional. 3 People spent 3hr45min getting our place looking great. They showed up on time and got straight to work. House looked amazing when they were done. I have since hired them for bi-weekly cleanings ($140/clean).

I have been using them over the past year. Three people come out for the service and use their own cleaning supplies. The only thing I supply with them is trash bags. I am very particular about house cleaning and they get it right every time. Everything is always spotless and I never have to question whether or not the service is done right. They take pride in what they do. The company is family owned and they make sure to hire the right people for their company. I have never had any problem contacting them and they have never missed an appointment. They also clean my daughter's house.

Be sure to put your dogs away, or in a crate as some of the cleaning ladies are not fans of dogs. My dogs do not particularly like the sound of the vaccuum. So, I usually just take the dogs out of the house when they come, or keep them in the laundry room.

The job went great. Each bathroom now looked brand new, and the kitchen OMG, they did an amazing job. I just recently moved into a rental which needed major cleaning, and would highly recommend this crew. They come with all the necessary cleaning supplies vacuumes , just outrageous great job

It was fantastic! Alejandra was very flexible and professional and made me feel comfortable with her service right from the consultation. We are not a "house cleaning service" kind of family, so I was unsure of what to expect and hoping that they would do at least as good as job as we normally would for ourselves for our upcoming big event. All my expectations were surpassed. Between the wonderful job they did with the "hard to get at" places as well as the timeliness of the work done, I felt that it was money well spent. (I listed the actual price in the "estimated cost of service" above, but there was an Angie's list discount applied, as well.) Although we hired Happy Home Services for a one-time cleaning, we are seriously considering making this a regular thing. Very happy with the work completed.

In October 2012, I called Happy Home Services for an estimate. (There was a special on Angie's List for a first time cleaning!) They were professional, arrived at the agreed upon time, and took a full tour of the house. They explained the first cleaning would be a bit more, and gave me an estimate of regular cleaning on a weekly, twice monthly, and once monthly basis. The prices for services on a Monday, Tuesday, or a Wednesday were less than later in the week, which works well for me. I love the fact that I can save a bit by choosing a day that's not as busy for them. My first cleaning went extremely well. I have a very high ceiling in our living room with a high window and also a mounted deer head high up on a very tall fireplace. I was SO IMPRESSED by the fact that someone came with a truck and a a very high ladder, and cleaned that window, and even vacuumed the deer head and cleaned the antlers!! They are always able to accommodate me (I usually choose Tuesdays) and arrive at the appointed time. They provide all of their own cleaning materials and vacuum (love this). In fact, they get my stainless steel appliances SO SHINY - I don't know what they use, but it's like magic! They do a very good job, but the reason that I LOVE Happy Home Services is that they do a spectacular job on my kitchen and bathrooms. I have used them once a month for over a year and will continue to do so!

Terrible house cleaning by "Happy Homes", who I read about on Angie's List They damaged my home. They refused to repair the damage they did. They did not do many of the jobs they had written they would do when they quoted to clean my home. They left me with wood and tile flooring that is sticky. They also left me with a sticky banister on a stair case. Several rooms were not vacuumed. Several rooms were not dusted. Kitchen surfaces were left dirty. Range was left with marks. Garbage bins were not emptied. A picture frame was knocked of a wall by a happy homes cleaner causing damage as it fell. The company initially offered to fix and paint the damage. But today the company refused to fix and paint the damage, providing instead a discount from their fee that would no where near cover the repair cost. Why did the company Happy Homes change what they had offered (they even sent a man to see the work needed to be done for a repair) and refuse to repair the damage they did? The company has also made no attempt to handle their failure to complete their contract.

It went great. I couldnt believe how clean the house was after they were done. I've used several services in the past and they were by far the best!

Good for the most part. I had a few things I was not satisfied with so I called to discuss. I was told I would get a call back that day or that someone would stop by so I would be able to show them what I was disappointed with. I have not received a call or a visit to date. Very unprofessional. For this reason I give them an "F" overall.

We have been very happy with the services provided by Happy Home Services. Our home is left spotless and immaculate after each visit, the owners are friendly, responsible and flexible and pricing is reasonable (especially considering the thorough cleaning provided). We are now regular customers and appreciate the fantastic service we receive!

They were pretty good. I was there and the owner of the company came back a couple of hours to check on the cleaning process. I will recommend them. They did their job very well and were very thorough. They paid attention to details and made sure that everything is clean. The price was good. They were late.

It was fine. They did a good job. They were not outstanding but they were okay. They were friendly.

they were awesome. I had fallen and broken my arm so I was not able to clean. I called them and they were here in 2 days. They indicated it would take 3 hours and it did. They did an amazing job. There were 3 cleaners. They were very professional and did exactly what they needed to without wasting a minute. if I had one issue it was that some of the stuff was not put back in the same place, but I did a quick walk thru and they corrected everything right then and there.

This provider requires that the initial service be a deep cleaning, which costs approximately $400. This seems to be a scam as there is really no difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning. In any event, we received and paid for the "deep cleaning" so that we could then become a regular customer and get our home cleaned on a bi-weekly basis. However the provider could not fit us into her schedule for many weeks. This was after many calls went unanswered and messages went unreturned. We were finally able to set up a time for the provider to come back and clean. Several hours before the crew was to show up, we received a phone call from the owner of the business indicating that it may take the crew more than 2 hours to clean the house. This was so notwithstanding that we have a written estimate indicating that, following the deep cleaning, the biweekly cleaning would cost $150.00 and take 2 hours. We ultimately cancelled as we did not want to deal with the unscrupulous billing practices of this company.

Two cleaners came instead of the 3 that I was promised. When I had spoke with the supervisor before the cleaning date I pointed out what I needed cleaned. She agreed and said that it would take no more than 3 hrs. to complete the cleaning. I have a small 2 bedroom townhouse. The two cleaners spent the entire day there approx. 7 hrs. When they left there was a broken candle holder (which they didn't mention to me), the refrigerator was not cleaned and the kitchen trash can was not emptied. There was a new shower curtain in the bathroom which I asked one of the cleaners to hang, she agreed to but then didn't. I was asked by the supervisor if I was happy with the job. I explained to her that I was not happy with the job and that was that

I am thrilled with Happy Home Services. They squeezed us in for a move-in deep-clean on VERY short notice, and they did such a fantastic job that we have hired them to come on a weekly basis. They did a wonderful job, worked very efficiently, and performed miracles on the floors, which had been scratched and dirtied up by various construction/renovation projects. The second time they came for a cleaning, we were moved in but still had boxes all over the place. They somehow managed to make the house neat, clean, and tidy, despite all the chaos. They actually pick things up and clean and dust underneath them. Imagine that! One of the things I like about Happy Home is that they try to send the same crew to work on your house every time, so that they get to know the quirks of your home and how you like things done. They are friendly and bright and always seem happy to be there. Their positive attitude makes us feel like they really care about doing a nice job and that they take pride in their work. I love that!

She wanted to charge per hour. I told her I wanted only what she could accomplish for what had already been purchased. She was not happy with this and kept trying. I felt she was just trying to add on more hours.

My daughter had gotten married and I got it for her so that while she was on her honeymoon the whole house would be cleaned so when she came home she could just relax. She was so surprised and she just thought it was such a great gift. Everything was done well. The women were meticulous. And we were very pleased with how clean the floors looked.

I first began using Happy Home Services about a year ago. Now they clean my house bi-weekly. They are punctual, and do an excellent job on my house. Plus, they are trustworthy.

I was very impressed with the team. They did a thorough job, were very efficient, and left my house extremely clean. They were very willing to accomodate my detailed instructions, and provided many helpful suggestions. The supervisor came during the cleaning to check on the team, which I very much appreciated.

It went fine. I was moving and I had an empty house and they cleaned it. They were polite and they were on time so it was fine. They came out in April and I wasn't charged anything extra.

the ladies were quite nice, very professional. it seemed they didnt first go over what i wanted and did not want with the owner who had come first to give me my estimate. so there was no way i could have not been home. perhaps in the future. it was my misunderstanding re the price was a per hour charge not a one time charge so i was surprised at the total cost. but that was again MY fault, not theirs.
