The lady who came was very nice. I called her and scheduled an appointment for her to come out to the house and then I had to cancel the appointment. She was very responsive, professional, and accommodating.

I spent about $100 for their last service. It was probably their third visit to my house. The last service went very well. They seem to be professional in their attitude and they seem to do a competent job. I have no experience with housecleaning and it’s the first time I employed a housecleaning service. I don’t know who to compare them with. They might be doing a great or a terrible job and I wouldn’t know it unless it’s really extreme. Happy Home Services is adequate and they do a nice job. They don’t do anything that seems to be extraordinarily wonderful, but they do a capable job. They aren’t doing a bad job either. If I knew other housecleaners, I might have considered them as extraordinary. It’s hard to know if they are extraordinary with my little experience. They are quite good and I don’t want to downgrade them. Their price is good. Their quality is as per my satisfaction and they do a good job. They are very responsive, punctual and professional. They are on our schedule to come out regularly.

Their estimate was too high. They were on time and professional.

I liked their cleaning but I just noticed they left the garbage bag outside and it was torn apart. The cleaning was good but the garbage bag was outside and was torn apart which I didn't like.

I initially spoke with them on the phone. My problem with them was that the person on the phone was not very clear on what the cost of the service was. They had two different prices for initially coming out and doing the first cleaning and then had different prices for coming out weekly, bi-monthly and monthly. I asked her what the reason was for the difference, and she really could not give me a clear answer. She told me that they had expenses that they had to cover. I met with them anyway, and they were okay. They went through the house and got an idea of how much it would cost. They gave me an estimate for a spring cleaning and then a regular cleaning. The fee for the first cleaning was $95 per hour for three people. I told her that I did not want one of her people to move furniture and be more thorough, so she gave me the $85-an-hour rate. It was much clearer when the person came out versus talking with the other person on the phone. I did not request for other services like window cleaning or pressure washing. My interaction with the person that came out was better than with the person over the phone, and I almost considered canceling them based on my experience on the phone. I had used a cleaning girl before that came at 8:00 in the morning and left at 2:30, and I paid her $130; I have never paid $85 an hour. For the price they are quoting, I would expect them to be very good. They told me that they would do the job in a two-hour timeframe. Right now, I am still deciding on whether or not to go for it and schedule them.

They did a really good job. I was very impressed with their open communication and flexibility. I have just had them once so far, so it is kind of hard for me to make a fair assessment at this point, but I definitely feel that any issues I might have, I will be able to bring up to them and talk to them about it; they will probably correct anything that I would want to change. There were a couple of things in the kitchen that they might have missed a little bit, but everything else was done really well. I have not spoken to them about this yet because it has only been a week since they came, and I have not had a chance to call them. They were a little late when they came, but I think it was just traffic, and they probably weren?t aware that I was waiting for them; I had to show them the rooms because it was their first day. They are going to clean once every two weeks comprising an in-depth cleaning once a month, for which the price is $160, and a lighter cleaning once a month, for which the price is $120. We recently switched to them because our previous cleaning service, which we loved, was just too expensive.

I had a thorough cleaning of my home. There was a team of 3 women who brought all their own supplies and went right to work and were very efficient and professional. They were very thorough, for example, I have 3 dogs and they cleaned up all nose marks on doors and windows without being ask. It took them approximately 4 hours since the house had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. The house looked, felt and smelled wonderful when they were finished. One of the owner's arrived about half way through the visit to check with me and to provide additional supplies to the team. She discussed with me my experience so far and asked what they could possibly do to help me in the future with helpful suggestions of what was possible. I definitely will be continuing to use this service, it was great.
