They were very good. I couldn't really assess how clean they should get it because when we moved in the house was clean. It was almost a spotless clean it was just that I have a baby and I wanted it double clean. I really couldn't tell how the cleaning has gone. It still think they were very good.

The house cleaning went fine. It wasn't very detailed but did the job. The ladies were very nice. For our needs the price is right and the service is acceptable. We would use them again. Must say the price was higher than the deal because our house is large.

I am happy with the quality of my house cleaning and have now scheduled Happy Home Services on a regular basis.

Purchased the deal of $139 for 6 hours of spring cleaning. Took a few phone calls to get an appointment set up. Cleaners came late on the day of the appointment. Once they were here, their work was AMAZING. The three women worked non stop for 2 hours. They accomplished way more than I expected them to! I was very impressed and pleased with their service and work ethic.

Alejandra called me back the same day (like the message said she would) & we made an appt. for her to come to my home (a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium) to give me an estimate for the spring cleaning & also possible regular bi-weekly cleaning. She arrived on time & we took a tour of the house. She thought that the spring cleaning would take about 2 hours & quoted me for the bi-weekly. I work from home on Mondays & she was able to meet my schedule. That following Monday 3 ladies showed up (about 15 minutes late, not a big deal for me) we spoke briefly & they began cleaning. They went through my home & cleaned everything I wanted them to. They even took my wet/dry vac & vacuumed my balcony. Nothing was broken. Because I have health issues one lady carried the leaf for my dining room table to my storage room. They were here for 2 hours & I am very happy with the results. Nothing was damaged. I also have a long haired cat so you can imagine the shedding & there was not a piece of fur to be found when they were done. The 2nd hour cost less than the 1st hour.

My experience with Happy Home Services, Inc. went very good. I used them two weeks ago. They did a very good job. It was a cleaning. They did what they were supposed to do and they did very well.

All three women were very nice and did a great job. My house looked wonderful. I would definitely hire them again!

apartment was left in very clean condition. The girls were efficient, organized and prepared. Management had very good control of the job. Job went one hour over the anticipated 3 hours but this was acceptable because of original state of apartment.

She let me know right off the bat that she is not making any money on this deal. She is impossible to get a hold of. She will not return my calls. Her whole attitude was terrible. She left a terrible taste in my mouth, she was very unprofessional. She did not do any work and maybe she would have done an excellent job, I don't know because we never got to that point. She called back and was very apologetic and polite.

Our family called Happy Home Services in order to assist my aging mother in deep cleaning her condominium. From the first call through the estimate visit and then the cleaning, the business representatives were responsive, kind and enthusiastic. When they came, on time and on the scheduled day, my Mom had to unexpectedly leave. The "team" continued to clean and when I called to explain the situation, the office personnel could not have been more accommodating with regards to payment and understanding what they would need to to when they left the building. When our mother arrived home, she left me a phone message, "I have one word, SPECTACULAR!" I visited the next morning and was amazed by the sparkling cleanliness. I have already called to schedule a monthly cleaning and would highly recommend this service.

I found them on Angie's List and they were very professional. This company did what it said it was going to do and my place was sparkly, very clean; I was impressed. They were a little expensive; 3 women cleaned for 2-1/2 hours.

as My wife (Vickie) and I found Happy Home Services ad on the internet and hired them based on their Angie's List rating. We met with the owner in person in our home and she looked at what we needed and gave us an estimate that we thought was VERY fair. Our house had just been under renovations (removing plaster and lathe and putting up sheetrock) so there was dust from the first floor all the way up to the attic. The crew (4 women who did the cleaning and their supervisor who also washed our windows inside and out) showed up on time and got right to work. They did a FANTASTIC job, cleaning every nook and cranny. They wiped down every spindle on the bannister from the first floor all the way to the attic, vacuumed and mopped all the foors, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and wiped down all of the walls. They completed the work in under 4 hours and my wife and I were completely satisfied with their work, friendliness and professionalism! We are going to be using them monthly in the future. I would definitely recommend Happy Home Services to anyone in the north Jersey area! (My wife and I had hired that "other" Maids service and they charged more for a 2 worker crew for only about 2 hours than we paid for 5 workers for almost 4 hours and Happy Home Services did a MUCH better job!!

The man doing the job showed up on time. We were preparing for daughter's wedding shower and he performed his job with a minimum of disruption,

TThree very pleasant cleaners came and cleaned my home from top to bottom. The detail work was impressive. Early during the job, a supervisor visited and reviewed the work in progress, and inspected the home to suggest additional services. I elected to get the bathroom floor grout steam cleaned and sealed.

The apartment cleaning was great (the apartment was spotless and all surfaces was wiped down including all hard to reach locations). The landlord was impressed with the quality of the cleaning. The cleaning ladies was late for ~1h which was frustrating but they made up for it in terms of the quality of the cleaning. The cleaning time was initially estimated for 2-2.5 hours but became ~ 3.5hours.

She didn't have the opportunity to perform the house-cleaning, and she never will.

It went very well with the ladies out to clean the next day after I talked to them. You can't get better than that! They did forget to clean the frig but came out the next day and did it.

We had 2 teams over a 2 day period. Each team was wonderful, hardworking, thorough and efficient. Thank you for the great service! We would definitely use Happy Home Services again!

I used Happy Home Service before I utilized Angies List and had a very nice experience with the owner from day one including my first and second house cleaning. Hoever, things stopped getting done and then I noticed things around the house were broken. If you want someone to clean the sink, toilet, dust and vacuum they will do that but nothing more. I never felt like the cleaners cared about cleaning my home correctly they just rushed through to get to the next house. My floors were never really swept or scrubbed thoroughly, some of the furniture wasn't moved out of the way, most of my lights were left on in the house when they left amongst other things. Bottom line is that they never did the little things that I look for and once I noticed my living room floor lamp was broken and I was never informed I had it and ended the relationship. Unfortunately this company came highly recommended to me and did not live up to it's reputation.

I had put my house on the market and wanted a thorough cleaning. I was able to schedule the job within two days of my call. A company representative came the day before to review the job and estimate how much time it would take. She was very pleasant and respectful of my home. We discussed what I did and did not want done and even what cleaning products they would use. The cleaning crew of three women arrived on time and got right to work. The crew chief made sure she understood what I needed done. They work for three hours cleaning my four bedroom house including a finished basement. When they left the house was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. (I have used cleaning services in the past that used harsh cleansers and left my home smelling like chemicals.) The three hours was exactly what I had been told to expect and I can't believe what they managed to do in that time. I am very happy.

The owner came the same day I called to scope the job out. The team came the next day. They cleaned everything! The owner came by again to supervise during the day and make sure it was going well. She stressed that the cleaners would help in any way necessary - so I asked them to help me drag a carpet down to the trash. They were terrific and the place looked great when they were finished!

See above. I was particularly pleased that the owner was completely involved in the whole process: scheduling, description of work, the job itself and following up at the end to make sure I was satisfied. She and her ladies were well-organized, pleasant and efficient.

My husband is very picky, and he said to me, "I can't find anything wrong! They are great!" Alexandra is wonderful and my house has never been so immaculate. I could actually smell the freshness from outside before I enter the house. They even cleaned my espresso machine inside and out! I have had a number of cleaning services but none as thorough and professional as this company. If anything were ever wrong, I feel like I could speak to Alexandra and it would be resolved immediately. I highly recommend them.
