Description of Work: I was moving into a house and wanted it cleaned before the movers came. They were over an hour late and did not follow the order in which I wanted the rooms cleaned (kitchen, then bathrooms, then bedrooms, living room, finished basement, etc.) since there was a time limit of 6 hours. The kitchen, the most important room from my perspective was not finished before the time limit.

Description of Work: Called for 2 days to arrange for service and kept being told someone would call back. Person called back only after I had notified Angies List that I needed another provider. Have nothing bad to say about their service, just may have been unprepared at the moment to take on a prepaid client.

Description of Work: Good: They were professional, prompt, and courteous. The bathrooms were cleaned very well Bad: Attention to detail. Missed some "easy" cleaning tasks that should have been done during a "deep clean" such as simply wiping down a table, and dusting track lighting. Very expensive for the amount of cleaning that was actually done. I had them do a deep clean, and wash the rugs. Afterwards the house looked a little cleaner, but only what you'd expect from a regular cleaning. As I was having a deep clean done, I expected more.

Description of Work: Great experience. Alejandra met with me the day before they arrived and provided an outstanding service. I plan on using them monthly.

Description of Work: Upon contacting this cleaning service, the owner's daughter came to my home and gave me an affordable quote for the weekly cleaning. We also talked about the quality cleaning products used. In addition, I was more than pleased with the first and subsequent cleanings. I am meticulous and I must say that I would recommend this cleaning service to anyone.

Description of Work: It's not very often you come into contact with a company you are impressed with. This company not only cleans to perfection, but the owner of the company comes with them. This woman is one of the smartest business women I've seen. Not only does she personally supervise all employees to make everything is done as it should be but she goes over and above that. Example, she didn't like the way the shower curtain cleaned up, (yes, they took down the shower curtain to clean it), so she looked up a general store that she could run to on her GPS and went to the store and bought a new one. Who does that? Well this company does, I recommend them very highly.

Description of Work: Selected Happy Home Services from Angie's List. I found the great reviews listed right on target. The company did a great job. From the estimate to the final cleaning they were great. We hired them to do a final cleaning for the sale of our house. We gave them short notice, but they fit us in. VERY HAPPY WITH THEM! Great Job!
