Came right out to give me an estimate. Put everything in writing. Was right on time for the scheduled appointment. They explained exactly what they were going to do and then went right to work. After they left they cleaned up so you wouldn't even know they were there.

I put in a request on Angi's list in the middle of the night as my basement was flooding. By 7am the next morning, Edgar contacted me, and later that day he was at my house giving me a recommendation and estimate of how to resolve my issue. He did not recommend some over-the-top expensive solution... only what I needed to solve the issue. Two days later, he was at my house installing my new sump pump. We got a massive rainfall a week later and the sump worked beautifully. I will definitely call him if I have any additional needs. Highly recommend,

The crew installed a larger sump pump pit, a new sump pump with a backup pump and battery. They minimized dust and debris during the job and cleaned up afterwards, leaving a covered and professional looking installation, and the work was done in 1/2 a day. If I install French drains in the future, I will call them back in to do the work.

We had a French drain system and sump pump put in as well as gutter runoff rerouted. The The team that came out was very respectful and efficient. They did a great job burying the lines outside the house and the setup in our basement looks great. All together it only took a few hours because they had a large team come out to take care of it. They were able to schedule us within 3 weeks to have all of the work done. All together a good experience.

Edgar is a talented professional that will complete the job, resolve any issues and clean up. For my job, he worked alone, removed my old sump pump and pipes, installed two new sump pumps,(one as a back-up) along with new discharge pipes. Re-configuring the set-up resulted in a professional and efficient use use of space. He is multi talented no nonsense guy that works at an amazing pace, yet does not miss the details.
