Very prompt, efficient, and cost effective. The small job was completed within 24 hours of my first call to Alexander, who was professional and thorough with pictures and details. Only negative was that the new shingles were much lighter than the old shingles.

I can't give these gentlemen enough positive feedback. The appointment was set-up quickly. The gentlemen quoted a price. As it turns out, the roof had more damage than expected and he was here over two days, versus the couple hours originally anticipated. He stood by his estimate though. When is the last time someone did that? I actually tipped the gentlemen an extra 10% (I've never ever done that before) because I knew he really bent over backwards to do the job. He also didn't do a half-way job. He did the fix the proper way and he did the work for the extra damage the proper way. I'd give the guy 10 stars if I could. I would definitely rehire. I know this is an over-the-top type of positive review, but really these guys went above and beyond to solve my problem.

Alexander showed up for the estimate when I requested. He identified the source of the leak and said he could complete the repair that day. He returned in one hour and completed the repair.

Very professional crew, all materials and the dumpster arrived a couple of days ahead of time and the suppliers were very cooperative. All permits were supplied and the twon commented on what a good job it was. The weather was against us on the 2nd day but they worked until dark to get it finished. I was also pleased to see safety harness used. The roof came out better than I had expected. This is a very competent company and crew and I would strongly recommend them. They were the competitive bid and real value for money.

The guys who do the work do not do as well a job as the owner. He had to fix the look of the slate repair after the workers were done (one row was very bad looking).
