Alexander Santa answered my initial Home Advisor request within minutes of the call. By the next morning, he had done the estimate and tried to seal a leak in my cracked skylight. Unfortunately, as I had feared, this long term leak was past sealing, having been sealed too many times before. He worked with me to find an affordable way to fix the problem and we settled on removing it and patching the hole. Although this was a small job, he went out of his way to fit me in and it was fixed as soon as the weather allowed. Throughout the process, he was amazingly professional, courteous, and kind, working around my needs. He did the work on a weekend, so I did not even need to miss work, which really helped. The work looks great and last night's snow did NOT leak in! He and his crew even took away the cracked skylight and all the other mess. I cannot recommend this company and Mr. Santa highly enough.
