I have changed my initial ratings as you can see. After talking to Alexander on 7/24: He explained that License # 13VH06296800 is in NJ, I was able to confirm at NJ Div'n of Consumer Affairs that Finish Line's STATUS is Active. Alexander explained that he must have current Liability Insurance policy. I suggested that he would help customers by Including NAME of Insurance company on his invoice, but he said that is not required by the NJ Licensing authority.

Very prompt, prepared, and professional. They sent an invoice via e-mail before they did the job. Of course I didn't pay until the job was done.

Alexander did an excellent job repairing, maintaining and cleaning my gutters. I feel confident in his work and honesty. The price was very reasonable.

Please be aware that there are scammers out there. Finish Line is excellent in quality and cost.
