Very well. Great job.
Description of Work: I called John to do an inspection on my house. We just bought our house a year ago and our first winter was not as warm as I was expected since the house was renovated completely from top to bottom. John came to the house on time and evaluated the house and quote me a fair price for foaming insulation in the walls and guarantee me that he can do the job with out damaging or tearing down the walls. He came in on the day we agree for him to come and do the work. He did the sill beam, under the back door of my house and the bathroom in the basement. He also found additional areas of the house that needed additional foam at no extra charge. I will most definitely recommend John and his service to my family and friends.

Hi [Member Name Removed]-I wish you would have expanded and reviewed the actual occurrences surrounding the work you wanted done, but thank you for taking the time to legitimize all of my all "A" reviews, they probably sound redundant to my potential new client's. No. Really. I Thank You. You being unavailable on every phase of your task, and not clearing out the extremely difficult (under front steps area) as needed, created an almost impossible task for us. (We still have not physically met, so my recommended cleanout, quoting, install and info supplied by you have been tortuous, especially where You didn't want to pay us to cleanout & provide proper access with all of our strongly needed oxygen breathing equipment by digging out the crushed cement block pieces that filled the work area. You promised to do that but left it impossible to be able to get within needed distance to reach and properly fill to completion. I offered to refund one half of your money ($350) but needed a letter to claim that would satisfy you . I offered to come back to add a free foil wrap to raise the R-VALUE but asked that you sign off on this highly underpriced (labor and materials) $700 job as a bit of a favor unfortunately, while I was there. Again, you said "I am a busy man, I cannot be there." So I asked you to leave a letter claiming full satisfaction, and you texted me a letter that stated you would judge and sign off after you came home.....Ghost customers will no longer be serviced by my company, that is one reason I truly "Thank-You". Our green industry evolving policies are important to us, to protect us from competing companies in our "used car like" industry that simply cannot compete with our online presence, or mainly, our REVIEWS and RESULTS. Your constant "on phone" mis-information policy while never being present during any of my visits was revealing. Our office is 1 hour away from your home, so the no-shows you made costed our company dearly, sir.

Description of Work: I found Dr. Energy Saver (Long Island) from Angie's list. They got really good reviews but they did not complete the job. My assessment was done on 10/8. I believe my assessment was very thorough but I am still waiting for my CHA report (the report that was generated after my assessment was complete) This would tell me what I need to do to save energy in my home, where I need to insulate and what my next moves are. It's over a month later and they still have not contacted me.

Hi member After making an offer to paint your spackled holes , offered to go out and get primer first before using your paint while everything was still covered with plastic, and even while speaking to you and Wendy at the end I offered to assist in the painting in a way that would satisfy you, and you turned these offers down at that time, I still want to thank you for taking the time to write a review for Angie's List. I would find it hard to believe I never mentioned drilling and spackling procedure in advance, but so be it. I appreciate the chance to view and repair this miscommunicated process for my future client's, in order to regain and maintain our previous 100% customer satisfaction levels. Your lakefront high winds will not be felt anymore due to those freshly foam filled walls. Sounds like Kate and Jim had to do much moving of many personal items, also, before spraying the basement, this is usually left to the client because we are insured as an insulation company, not a moving company. I broke this policy for your situation due to your circumstances. I wish you and Wendy well either way.
