+ -1 moreIt took 4 months to finally get this problem fixed. This company's customer service is terrible. We had to call them back over and over. They did not respond to phone calls, did not return calls and when they did call they used foul language. A family owned business that has no sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. Each time they scheduled an appointment they either did not show up at all or came hours late.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was over freezing all content. They came and replaced control panel for $300. That did not fix the problem. After waiting for 2 months they finally came back replaced another part and charged another $300. Guess what, that did not fix the problem either. Waited another 2 months before they came once again and replaced parts, this time at no cost. That finally fixed the problem.

+ -1 moreWE WERE FAIRLY SATISFIED WITH MAYTAG'S SERVICE. THEIR WORK AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE PRETTY GOOD, BUT THEY WERE NOTHING SPECTACULAR. OUR ICE MACHINE IS WORKING WELL NOW SO WE ARE PRETTY HAPPY.

+ -1 moreI FEEL THAT THE REPAIRMAN DID A GOOD JOB IN REPLACING THE PART. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT IT TOOK THEM A WEEK JUST TO COME TO FIX IT. I DID HAVE ANOTHER FREEZER TO USE, BUT IT WAS STILL INCONVENIENT.
Description of Work: WE HAD A NEW MODULE REPLACED IN OUR FREEZER COMPARTMENT IN OUR REFRIGERATOR. IT WAS NOT AUTOMATICALLY DEFROSTING.

+ -1 moreMAYTAG VISITED OUR HOME SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AS A BROKEN CONTROL PANEL. IT TOOK THEM SEVERAL MORE VISITS BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT PART TO US AND REPAIR OUR DISHWASHER.
