Because we ordered a custom table, we had to choose everything from color and cushion fabric to the style of the table leg, edge of the table, and back of the chair. The employees were very patient as we made our decision, and also helped give input on what others have done (and what might work for us). Our in store experience was excellent. We put about half down as a deposit. It took about 12 weeks for our order to be completed, which was not surprising for custom furniture. We purchased delivery and warranty. On the delivery date, the delivery men called us in advance to let us know they were on their way, and were very nice once they arrived. The brought protection for our tile floor while they set up the table and chairs, and even took apart my old table for me. I am extremely happy with the quality of my purchase. While the price was higher than box store chains, I feel that I got a very high end product that will last for years.

We wanted it in time for a family gathering before Christmas. They were able to expedite the job for us. We were happy. It's expensive but their quality is great.

The service was just okay. They were late on the delivery of the stools. They arrived a lot later than we thought they would. They were nice to work with. They were over a month late on the arrival of the stools.

It was fine. I had no problems with the set; it's held up pretty well. I thought they were decently priced. The salespeople were really nice.

The service turned out fine. I think that when people get stools, it is a good idea to get covers for the bottom of the stools. I would suggest that they mention the covers.
