Bulls Eye Building and Remodeling

Room required complete demolishment of lathe and plaster walls and popcorn ceiling. Also required new insulation as room was cold in winter. The room looks great now with straight walls and ceiling, good workmanship, painting, return of bathroom utilities, and newly sanded and refinished floor. Contractors were on the job everyday between 7:30 and 8:00 and worked very hard, in addition were pleasant to talk to. Would hire again!

My wife and I finally decided to remodel our overdue master bathroom. We had heard nothing but good things about Bulls-Eye Building and Remodeling from neighbors and friends. We got a quote and were happy with the price and delivery of the service. Work started promptly when promised. The first thing I noticed was the work crew taking great pains to protect the surroundings adjacent to the work areas. The mechanics and helpers worked very well together and all seemed to take a genuine interest in putting forth design and material suggestions to make the job the best it can be. At each work day’s end, the daily unavoidable mess was cleaned up and if necessary the toilet would have been reset to the drain. We have a 2nd bathroom so that wasn’t needed. All in all the level of workmanship and craftsmanship was excellent. The entire job was a complete tear down to the studs that took 9 days to complete. It was delivered on budget and within the time constraints promised. Upon completion, the workmen left the job site and except for leaving us with a beautiful bathroom…you would have never known they were there. Besides all this, a few things needed adjustment afterwards and were all promptly taken care of. I would highly recommend Bulls-Eye Building & Remodeling for whatever is in their repertoire; and from what I understand their work scope capabilities are extremely broad.

My new deck is beautiful. Chris, the owner of Bulls Eye Building and Remodeling assisted me in selecting the composite deck color and brand of decking material. I was overwhelmed with so many choices, but Chris helped me narrow my options in making my selection. The company was very responsive to my inquiries, emails and calls.

Chris and his team were punctual, courteous, and professional during the entire job. They took out a window in my living room and enlarged the opening to fit a sliding patio door. Then they built a 15x12 deck with composite decking and a vinyl railing. Chris installed some very nice lattice around the deck and also installed some doors that allow me to store things under the deck. Chris communicated with me during the whole job and listened to my concerns. They cleaned up after themselves each and every day and did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed. We are very happy with the finished product and have received a lot of compliments on the deck. I wouldn't have any problem referring Bulls Eye to my friends and family.

From the first visit and estimate to the finished job working with Bulls Eye Remodeling and Construction has been an excellent experience. With the remodeling of our kitchen they took a vision and worked it into a finished product that exceeded expectation Their suggestions, based on experience, and the options they presented allowed us to maximize our remodeling bud We found their pricing to be competitive and they proved to be very creative with the challenges of working in an older home. At all times the work crew was professional, considerate and clean. To date they have completely remodeled our kitchen, done extensive woodwork throughout our home and rental properties, installed several windows, a complete bathroom and replaced a roof. No job was considered finished until we were totally satisfied with the result and each job was completed within a predetermined window of time. Bulls Eye came to us highly recommended and we can honestly pass on that recommendation with pleasure and confidence.

What can we say about Bulls Eye Building and Remodeling. They were awesome.....they were professional ....They showed up every day on time, and got the job done.. Our neighbors even noticed how organized and neat they were. Michael and I had no intentions of doing any major remodeling in our home. In 1987 we added a second floor addition to our home and it was a costly nightmare for 6 months. We had to redo most of the work over and we said never again. Then 32 years later, our upstairs addition had a major lead from the master bathroom and damaged the bathroom, bedroom , downstairs hallway and bathroom. We were beside ourselves. We were going to sell the house, as is, just not to go thru construction again. Then a friend who had work done , highly recommended Chris from Bulls Eye Building and Remodeling. We met with Chris and he walked us thru the process of restoring our master bedroom, master bathroom , walk-in closet and the rest of the damaged area.. Best experience ever, from design and suggestions we hadn't thought about through the entire job it was a great experience. Chris's guys were organized and prepared each day to work, cleaned up at days end and left for weekend setting up temporary cooking facilities in the garage. Never been happier with entire project, Bullseye was on the mark price wise except change orders which were reasonable. The next closet bid was over $15,000 more and didn't include a lot of work done. Chris even went out of his way to pick up appliances the retailer couldn't deliver the day we requested, just so the job could keep going. Trade folks they bought to the table were as neat and timely. I was even surprised the final day on the job and clean up was happening, dumpster was picked up and his men sweep up my driveway so there was absolutely no evidence of work having been done. Contractors that return calls get my business. Chris was prompt and courtesy offering solutions not excuses and designed a way to prevent this problem from happening in the future. I'd recommend Bullseye to anyone looking for competent contractors whether you need a shelf hung or new home built, I know they will do a great job.
